2023 TRIUMPH SCRAMBLER 1200 XE Complaints

The front brake master cylinder is leaking brake fluid slowly. This was first recognized by me in my garage ~8 weeks ago Included is a photo from of a leak-stain on the exhaust header that I presumed was from servicing in the dealership showroom as taken by my transporter. In retrospect, this appears to align with the brake fluid leak. The issue is continuing to this day. There is noticeable fluid loss and corrosion around the C-type spring clamp where the separate, remote reservoir connects into the master cylinder input. This does not appear to be where the leak is emanating from however. The leak appears to be coming from the master cylinder seal around the plunger mechanism. The issue was first noticed as I was preparing to wash the bike and witnessed a small drip on my fuel tank where the handlebars were turned left with the brake side grip in the 'high side' position. The drip was evidenced on the pivot bolt nut at the bottom of the master cylinder. The bike is a MY2023 purchased as a new, untitled motorcycle from an authorized Triumph motorcycle dealership by me in Nov-2025. My bike has ~700 miles now. Logging here as a safety concern. I've contacted both my local dealership and Triumph After-sales as well. The goal here is to document this issue with the NHTSA to be certain a) there isn't a prolific case of this leakage that I'm unaware of and b) to create awareness with NHTSA of a potential braking safety concern due to the leak preceding me seeking any repairs. I have only ridden my bike at low speeds in my neighborhood private (dead end) street until I can be assured this isn't a safety concern and seek a proper repair from a Triumph-authorized repair center free of charge under the OEM warranty.
