The contact’s son owns a 2017 Triumph Street Twin. The contact stated that whenever the motorcycle was started, the RPM increased and the engine revved while in a standalone position. The contact stated that once the motorcycle was placed in a straight position and the handlebars were straight, the RPM decreased. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V133000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); however, the VIN was not included. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, approximately two weeks ago, the motorcycle failed to accelerate as intended with the throttle engaged. The motorcycle was taken to a Motorsports dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The contact was informed that there was water inside the fuel pump. The contact stated that the motorcycle was kept indoors. The motorcycle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 51,000.

I had the dealership, Jay Hatfield Motorsports of Wichita, Kansas take care of the recall not long after I bought my motorcycle, in 2023. Two years later I took the motorcycle back to the dealership because the problem persisted. The dealership is still wanting to charge me for the Parts and labor on the recall issue. I do not think this is a fair business practice as it is in their best interest and mine to cover the costs of the failed recall fix. My motorcycle had been dying in the highway. I dont think I should be covering the cost of this fix if it keeps persisting. It puts an unessesary load on me financially. The recall has to do with the map sensor and hose on the repair invoice

Front suspension has a clunk/clicking noise that is getting worse with time/usage. At first the noise was there but not noticeable enough to cause concern. Over time the noise has gotten worse and stability of the motorcycle has deteriorated significantly to the point that it feels unsafe to ride it over bumps, specially when leaning. Triumph claims there is no safety issue but i doubt they done their due diligence to get to root cause.

Motorcycle threw me forward on the bike causing me to momentarily lose control which put me into the oncoming lane of traffic. I was able to recover and swing back into the proper lane of travel. There were no warning signs or messages prior to the incident. After the incident multiple errors appeared on my display: ABS, transmission, engine, and a 4th that I can't remember at this time. After stopping, turning the bike off, and restarting the engine all error messages disappeared. After restarting and beginning forward motion, a clicking noise could be heard that corresponded with wheel revolution (as wheel moved faster, clicking noise quickened). After beginning to pick up speed the ABS error light would appear and clicking noise would stop. Bike was taken to a Triumph dealer in S Dakota, mechanic reported something looked to have gotten into the rear brake assembly damaging the ABS pulse ring, caliper bracket, & rotor. Bike is currently at Fort Wayne Triumph (owners home town) and they report that bike also appears to have a damaged chain sprocket. After doing some research of my own, I found other reported incidents on 22/23 Tiger 900 Rally Pros very similar to this incident that were caused by broken rear wheel spokes. I've called the dealer to have them check for any broken spokes and they have confirmed that there is one. I have the entire incident recorded on video from a dash cam from another motorcycle behind me. After watching this video many times, I cannot see what caused this to happen and am hoping your experts can help me figure out a cause. Thank you very much for your time. Rear wheel of motorcycle has five spokes that have broken and fallen out and the motorcycle has 1650 miles on it. If this is not noticed it could cause harm and even a fatal accident. These spokes should not just break and fall out. There is a defect in the material and can cause failure of the rear wheel while driving. There are reports across the internet of this failure on this model and no recalls to fix this issue. Someone may die from this and it is a major safety issue.

The contact owns a 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900. The contact researched online and became aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V141000 (Exterior Lighting). The recall was for motorcycles with red rear signal lights and not amber lights. Additionally, the lights were too close to the rear brake light. The contact performed a VIN check; however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The contact had called the manufacturer and was advised that the VIN was not included. The contact believed that the VIN should be included in the recall. The contact had not experienced a failure.

The contact owns a 2025 Triumph Daytona 660. The contact stated that while driving 70 MPH, the vehicle experienced a loss of automotive power. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact pulled over, and the vehicle was towed to a local dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V531000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING); as a possible cause for the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,163.

I purchased this vehicle 2024 and had the check engine light come on the day after I purchased it. The vehicle shuts off while driving. It has been to the dealer several times for programing, and a few days later light back on again. I recently brought it in and has been there for three weeks. They called and basically check a lot of thigs but can't say it is repaired. To me this is unbelievable. When I bought it in this time it stalled twice the same day. I was turning into a street and shut it shut off while downshifting for the turn. As I was rolling to a stop when an opposing vehicle pulled out across my path, and I almost hit his rear quarter panel. It happened so fast I hadn't noticed the bike stalled. If you wait awhile, it will restart again which is not great in an intersection. I have looked on social media which shows people having the same issue around the world. I was surprised to see no complaints listed here. I am affraid to drive it now not knowing it isn't fixed.

Odometer is approximately 5% off (reads too far). This impact service intervals and estimations for range. Speedometer is fully 10% off (overestimates speed). This affects safety, because it impacts your perceived speed. This is unacceptable on a new bike.

Failed component - LCD display which controls all functions of this vehicle. Safety - The vehicle is unusable when this module fails. No speedometer, no temp gauge, no vehicle information, vehicle will not start without this module. This is known problem reported across the internet and to the OEM. Reproduced problem - Yes, verified by dealer, verified by OEM Vehicle Inspection - Yes, by dealer. Warnings - No warnings, the module just failed.
