INCIDENT OCCURRED ON US ROUTE 41 SOUTH IN FT. MYERS FLORIDA. HIGHWAY WAS DRY AND IN GOOD PAVED CONDITION WITH NO OBSTRUCTIONS. SPEED WAS 35 MILES PER HOUR. MILEAGE ON AUTOMOBILE WAS 2,767. TIRE FAILURE (SEPARATION OF SIDEWALL) WAS APPROXIMATELY 30%. FAILED TIRE IS IN POSSESSION OF OWNER AND AVAILABLE. *TR
