    TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 WINNEBAGO JOURNEY. THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS REMAIN IN THE UP POSITION, WHICH IMPAIRS VISIBILITY WHILE DRIVING. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE WIPER MOTOR BURNED OUT. THE MOTOR HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. THE ENGINE SIZE, POWERTRAIN, # OF CYLINDERS, AND A VALID VIN WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 7,200.
