    - FOREST, VA

    STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP AND THE BRAKES LOCKED UP. CONSUMER DOWN SHIFTED, AND WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF THE ROAD. CONSUMER HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP, AND DEALER WAS NOT ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK
