2023 MERCEDES-BENZ GLB 250- Alpharetta, GA
NHTSA Recall 26V481 (Mercedes-Benz recall no. 2026070007). Interim owner notification letter dated September 18, 2026, titled "Replace Driver Door Lock." The micro-switch in the driver door lock may corrode and fail to detect an open driver door, which can prevent the electronic parking brake or "Auto-Park" feature from engaging automatically. This may result in a vehicle rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash or injury. Mercedes-Benz states in the interim letter that the remedy is not yet available and provides no date for when parts will arrive, leaving owners driving or parking a vehicle with a known rollaway defect. No crash, fire, injury, or fatality has occurred. Request: NHTSA should monitor this recall and press Mercedes-Benz for an expedited remedy.

9/22/2026- the car idle stop failed to restart at a intersection. 9/23/2026- the car did not start after stopping to get gas. I have not taken it to the dealer yet. Will do it as soon as I get a chance. When the idle stop fails the car shift into parking and only the accessories are on.

2024 TOYOTA TUNDRA- Norman, OK
When I was driving the engine failed . I have a 2024 hybrid, they are fixing the engine and parts but my frustration is 2024 gas tundra had a recall on the engine and they got a whole new engine with extra warranty , and I'm the first hybrid to have engine fail and since they haven't put a recall out I only get 1 year warranty and they are just replacing the parts not the whole engine . I'm concerned it can happen again past the one year warranty . They need to put out a recall on the hybrids too

2020 TOYOTA CAMRY- Tempe, AZ
While fixing another problem, I pulled the codes from the ECM and found several P0087 (low fuel rail pressure). The problem was apparently intermittent and if the engine service light came on, it was transient and the light cleared. So neither my wife or I noticed an engine service light. I did some research and found that Denso found and reported a problem with the in tank fuel pump design to the NTSB in Feb. of 2020. We purchased the Camry in Dec. 2019 which meant we had the defective fuel pump. I ordered a new Denso fuel pump and install it and no new codes have appeared in the ECM log. Apparently Toyota has been slowly adding more years to the recall, but hasn't yet added the 2020 model year. This is a problem since a number of people have reported engine stalls due to the defective fuel pump. We live in the mountains, that might have been very dangerous especially if my wife suddenly lost power brakes and steering on a mountain road. Why hasn't a recall been ordered for this pump on all effected years?

2026 RAM 1500- Savannah, MO
Vehicle returned from warranty repair at MainStreet CDJR of Lansing with severe mechanical negligence and federal compliance breaches. The dealership left critical drivetrain components completely loose, including rear transmission mount bolts and cooler lines, creating an immediate highway safety hazard. A separate, certified Ram dealership has since inspected the truck and generated a formal work order explicitly documenting: "Loose bolts left from prior dealer." Furthermore, the initial dealership assigned an uncertified student trainee (Tech ID 1078) to perform this advanced powertrain warranty work and subsequently signed off on a critical federal occupant safety restraint recall completion. The General Manager verbally admitted to the consumer that the servicing technician was uncertified and currently still attending training classes. The dealership held the repair ticket open locally for 33 days to actively manipulate data and hide the compliance paperwork from corporate

2013 FORD FOCUS- Maywood, IL
The vehicle suffered a major mechanical and electrical failure on July 28, 2026, and was immediately towed to an authorized dealership. After a multi-day delay awaiting a senior technician's analysis, the dealership issued a single service ticket grouping two distinct issues: a failed Canister Purge Valve (active Safety Recall 26S40) and localized wiring damage. The dealership fraudulently drafted the ticket to imply that external rodent damage caused the recall component failure. However, forensic photographic proof uploaded to the manufacturer database on August 13, 2026, reveals a classic consequential engineering failure: the wiring insulation is severely bubbled and thermally fused from extreme internal circuit resistance caused entirely by the defective recall component. An adjacent plastic snack wrapper remains completely pristine and untouched, disproving the rodent narrative. The vehicle has now been held in safety detention for 57 consecutive days. A corporate supervisor explicitly confirmed on a recorded line that the manufacturer has possessed these forensic photos since mid-August but left the safety file stagnant due to an internal database text-field error. Their software is failing to match the vehicle's engine string '2.0L I4 DI Ti-VCT' to the recall applicability screen 'GDI', creating a data-entry roadblock to deny a free safety remedy. I am requesting an immediate federal audit of the manufacturer's database alignment for Recall 26S40 and a manual technical override directive to initiate repairs. Manufacturer Master Case: CHX-09386351-T9Y5H1.

2019 PORSCHE CAYENNE- Pleasanton, CA
The Waste Gate Arm has broken on my 2019 Cayenne. This is a widely known issue with Porsches. Feels like this needs a recall. It is absurd to me that the dealers want to replace the whole turbo unit at $7-9k when a simple weld can fix. I am 6 months out of the 7 year warranty but under the 70k mileage. I am pushing the dealer to work this out. But it is crazy that Porsche isn’t held accountable for a design flaw.

2024 GMC CANYON- Wasilla, AK
I purchased my truck with 5 miles on the speedometer in Anchorage AK 4/7/2024. In May 2024, the engine idled rough and transmission shifted hard, I was told me it was normal, and I would have to wait 2 yrs to make a transmission appointment. In June 2024 approaching a green light, approximately 35 mph, the brakes locked, I had no control over the steering and it left a 5 foot skid mark. I had a painful neck and headaches. The shop said they couldn’t make it do it again. In August 2024 approaching a stoplight at 40 mph, the brakes locked, would not release, gas didn’t work, I had no control over steering this left 6-7 ft skid mark, The vehicle also had electrical issues the interior dash lights would go black, very bright, interior lights would flash, the radio would stop working. The manager took my truck home and said I should shut the forward collision and pedestrian warning system off. I was in communication with GM Customer care who informed me they could not help me. The dealership ran my truck into a cement post, causing $2000. Now sometimes the brakes randomly stop working, the throttle stuck open, and the trans is worse. It’s not safe to pull a trailer or take people with me. It’s out of warranty and dangerous. I drive on edge not knowing what’s next. It’s $8,200 to fix the transmission, the front radar camera needs replaced, and electrical fixed by a quality shop.
