BRIDGESTONE ALENZA AS ULTRA TIRES- Woodbridge, VA
I purchased four Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra tires (255 / 50R 19 107 W XL front and back) from Costco at 2700 Potomac Mill Circle, Woodbridge, VA on [XXX]. These tires were specifically for a 2009 Range Rover Sport HSE. The odometer reading was 105632 at the time of purchase, and the tires were installed on [XXX]. The present mileage as of today is 118233. However, after a mere 12,000 miles, all four tires are cracked along the bead inside the tire, showing the threads/wire. The tires are all torn in the sidewall at the bead above the inside of the rim edge and are non-repairable. There was no damage to the rim, nor any reason the tire might have been lacerated by the rim. The tire failure appeared to have occurred without provocation, and Costco had just conducted maintenance in April 2024. The tires have an 80,000-mile warranty, so I wonder how all four tires have the same issue on the inside of the tire after only 12,000-mileage has been recorded; it has been only two years. If the tires had failed while driving, this could have been catastrophic for me and my family, which could have ended up in the vehicle losing control and possibly loss of life since all four tires are damaged. The only driving is taking my son to school and driving in the local area for food. I had a tire inspection done with Cosco Tire in April 2024, and Firestone identified this issue during a wheel alignment on all four tires in June 2024. I took the vehicle to NTB and had a mechanic look at it, and the only conclusion they stated was that these were defective tires. This could have been an improper service by Costco, which they said was not there back in April 2024. The only warnings I had were the illuminated lamp of the TPMS, the tire pressure monitoring system, and the low-pressure warning for the tire The vehicle was brought to Costco for two inspections regarding the TPMS, and all the TPMS on the tires were working correctly; they could not determine the cause of the lamp. BRIDGESTONE DUELER H/T TIRES- Gilbert, AZ
Tire tread is cracking and breaking away in small chunks. The tires are OEM (Toyota Tundra 22') Bridgestone Dueler H/T 265/70R18 model 685 with manufacture date of 1022. I do not feel safe driving on these tires due to tread rubber breaking away even in the middle of the tire. All four tires show cracks but both rear tires are worse of the four. I have had regular service and tire rotation by Toyota dealership but they did not notify me of the issue. The truck has 17K on it and tires have plenty of tread depth. Location of truck is in the southwest and not is used in cold environment.

Traveling at 35mph in village. my passenger and I attest there was no road hazard. The tire popped and I managed to drive about 70 yards to a parking lot to change my tire. it had a clean tear on the inside sidewall. The tear had no marks made against it. I'm complaining since I see there have been 2 other similar complaints about this tire on this website.

BRIDGESTONE WEATHERPEAK BL TIRES- Okemos, MI
235/45R18, the tires wander on grooved highways (groove wander). They throw the car left and right. This is a safety concern as it creates dangerous instability. Looks like the tire tread is incompatible with some road surfaces (grooved highways) and creates a safety hazard (car violently swerving at highway speeds). Wheel balancing and alignment was done to eliminate these as potential contributors. The store refuses to accept the tires for a return.

BRIDGESTONE TIRES- HOMETOWN, IL
P205 65 R16 Blizzak tires were purchased in December 2023, online and I had them installed same week. I spoke to the employee who stated as long as I rotated the tires at 5,000 miles, I can drive them all year. I went to Discount tires on Saturday to have my tires checked since I was sliding in the rain. The employee told me my front tires were at a 1 and 2, while the back tires are at 9 and 10. She told me to talk to the front desk about the tires. I went in and asked about the warranty I had purchased. The employee told me it does not apply and that I would need to replace the tires. I explained to him that the car doesn't even have 5,000 miles on it since the purchase of the tires and how did the front wear so quickly? I only started using the car more in March. He also told me it could be the alignment. I had that fixed 2 years ago and the car doesnt pull left or right. He stated that the tires will bald if being driven in over 40 degree temps. I have in the past used winter tires all year and never experienced this. These tires never made it to 5,000 miles. They should not be worn so badly in the front, that this had now cause my back breaks to grind. Not only do I have to buy 4 new tires, since I can't keep the back on there, but I have to eventually get new back brakes, that aren't even 2 years old. These tires should not be on anyone's cars if they wear this quickly.

BRIDGESTONE ALENZA AS ULTRA TIRES- Kansas City, MO
Brand new set of tires. Less than 100 miles on them. During a left turn at roughly 15-25 mph the entire tire separated from the rim on the rear passenger wheel. The tire is in a secure location and can be inspected if needed. This led to an accident. There were no warning indicators such as low pressure indicators. The low pressure indicator came on after the tire came off the rim. The car went from make a 90 degree turn to making a 45 degree turn and cause my SUV to smash into a house. Tire size was 285/45/R22.
