2012 CADILLAC SRX- West Valley City, UT
The contact owns 2009 Ford F-30 Supercab. The contact stated that the vehicle experienced violate shaking without warning when accelerating past 50 mph The contact stated when driving over an object the failure occurs. The contact would have to released his foot off the accelerator in order for the vehicle to resumes back to normal. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the steering dapper needed to be replaced in order for the failure not to recur. The vehicle was not repaired the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 133,000.

1995 CADILLAC DEVILLE- Kittanning, PA
The contact owns a 1995 Cadillac Deville. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration and inadvertently shifted into cruise control and then seized in full idle. The accelerator pedal depressed independently. The high battery voltage and oxygen sensor warning lights were illuminated. The dealer was made aware of the failure and diagnosed that the vehicle needed an idle control motor replacement. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 61,000.

2011 CADILLAC SRX- Coral Springs, FL
The contact owns a 2011 Cadillac SRX. The contact received notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was not available. The contact mentioned that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that when she started the vehicle, the Service Stabilitrak, and service traction control warning lights illuminated. The vehicle failed to start. Due to the vehicle being in a parking garage, the tow truck was unable to enter the parking structure. The dealer was contacted and informed the contact that it was her responsibility to tow the vehicle to the dealer to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure recurred. Car shook bad and made it hard to make turns, I broke down on the side of the road and had to buy a new drive shaft

2014 CADILLAC SRX- Greenbush, MI
The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated the touchscreen became inoperable in 2017. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed the cue screen needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred in 2021. The manufacturer was notified however no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 28,124 and 63,991.

2012 CADILLAC SRX- Dearborn Heights, MI
The low beam headlights are VERY dim, like driving with night light bulbs. Cannot see in dark, MUST drive with high beams on. Apparently there was a class action suit filed and settled on this matter already, but there was a time limit which we were unaware of.

The contact stated that the traction control and service stabilitrak warning messages were displayed on the instrument panel and the steering wheel became firm. The contact restarted the vehicle to resume normal driving operation. The contact then received a notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was not repaired. 2013 CADILLAC XTS- Killeen, TX
The car shut off while I was driving mid speed. This has happened multiple times luckily I wasnt on the highway. But this has happened many times so glad no other cars hit me, or I didnt crash with my kids in the car. This is so scary and I need Cadillac to look into this issue.

2015 CADILLAC SRX- Hamilton, IL
Low beam headlights are NOT safe to drive with at night. EVEN after replaced by dealership upon being recalled. This is a disaster waiting to happen.
