7500 oil change, tire rotation multi vehicle inspection appt. With issues. - didn't do oil change/inspection. Because of major issue with transmission/engine. Vehicle running rough, happens at idle or while driving. Sounds lik it will stall. When u put vehicle in gear drive or reverse vehicle lunges towards direction its in gear. Radio lights on dash decide to dim on their own, shuts off on its own. Will not let u adjust dimness you must shut off for it to re light up which is a 50/50 chance. Going over bumps loud noise coming from rear, vehicle does get squirmy when you hit a large bump. Large loud whinging noise upon acceleration. Intermittent issue with key fobs usually spare key not found on dash. Still. Diagnosis papers attached. It is a balance shift gear crank shaft case; they have to remove the transmission and the engine completely from my truck and replace parts! Takes over 1.5 for parts to get delivered, plus they will have my vehicle for 7 days plua approx to do repair. But for now they told me it's cool that I drove it still with crank shaft and balance gear shift issues! They cannot do 7500 mile oil change as they have to remove the engine and they want to wait to do oil so its not wasted when they have to rip engine out. All other issues will be address once this issue is fixed because they are hoping that these problems are solved with the major repair. Tsb# 23-NA-015.

Idling rough still. Even after bcm replacement a week ago. Messages for "key not found" only one more start allowed. Grinding noise like over cranking when you hit engine button. Diagnostics showed 93 misfires on cyl 4. No tsb. Drove vehicle again attempting to duplicate and couldn't find issue. Replaced #4 spark plug. Reprogrammed the bcm as dealership forgot a step to program both keys.

Spare tire and owner's manual provides conflicting, dangerous, and incomplete information. Numerous times the owner's manual warns of numerous dangers about mixing wheel and tire sizes. Yet this truck is equipped with four 275/60 R 20's (20 inch rim) and the spare is 255/80 R 17 (on a 17 inch rim). There is no "T" label on spare. The spare (MAXXIM) is labeled in black "temporary use only" but no information can be found as to what this means. The owner's manual says that this spare (even though a different wheel size and tire size) can be driven up to 70MPH (55 towing) for unlimited time/distance (time and distance is unspecified). The owner's manual does not clearly say that this a "full size spare" or what constitutes a "full size spare." This conflicts with the manual's numerous warnings of numerous dangers of driving with mismatched wheels/tires. The dealership was no help.

My transmission has been slipping and shifting very hard. The dealer tried relearning the transmission twice and that did not solve the problem. The cooler line has failed and now the transmission is being replaced. The radiator also failed and started leaking. The turbo is making either a metal on metal grinding noise or a bearing squeaking noise.
