Bracket on the exhaust pipes just before the flex pipes broke free and there is now a hole in the pipe.

2020 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- Sheridan, WY
My 2020 high country with a 6.2 l is 6 months away from the recall. Driving on the interstate with my family coming out of devil's Tower lost all power!!. I just replaced my motor at 60000 miles total engine loss catastrophic bearing failure!! This is the exact sameproblem from the 2021-2024 recall on the GMC 6.2liter

2020 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- Freeland, MD
Vehicle sent alert on phone saying battery critically low, then the vehicle started having fuel gauge issue and started lurching. Shut the vehicle down saw a P129F in the alerts. Checked battery vehicle was a no start. Luckily near a shop so it wasn't catastrophic and was able to r eplace the fuel pump control module and it instantly started. This part NEEDS to be recalled it is a safety hazard that chevy does not aknowledge

2023 CHEVROLET BOLT EUV- Stafford, VA
Steering Rack: The internal components of the rack bind up and create heavy resistance, causing the wheel to lock into a turned position rather than gliding back on its own to maintain control. This issue forces you to manually pull the steering wheel back straight after every turn, making high-speed and everyday driving unpredictable and dangerous. Power train: The powertrain is loose when moving forward and backward potentially causing a risk to others when leaving the vehicle in park.

2024 CHEVROLET COLORADO- Des Arc, AR
I bought this vehicle late June 2026 and it is currently September 1 2026 and last week I encountered a check engine light. Its already having coolant issues. Way too early for something like this. Only 64,000 miles.

2026 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE- Eden, VT
The contact owns a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended. The vehicle jerked and bucked. The contact stated that the safety features were inoperable. No warning lights were illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that the failure had occurred while driving at various speeds. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the cause of the failure was not determined. The contact was informed that an unknown sensor had been replaced; however, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was then inspected by a manufacturer’s engineer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer, and the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer; however, the failure was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact stated that the vehicle was unsafe to transport the three minor children. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and two cases were filed. The contact reported the failure by phone and email. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.

2021 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- Metamora, MI
Rear tailgate does not open and sometimes will show a warning on the dash that the tailgate is open when it is not. The tailgate for the heavy duty 2500/3500 trucks were recalled for the same reason but not the 1500 trucks. This is a common issue on the truck forums and is an unsafe condition.

2019 CHEVROLET CRUZE- Rockville, MD
An authorized Chevrolet dealer diagnosed an electrical problem on my 2019 Chevrolet Cruze and found that the HVAC case/condensate drain was disconnected. The dealer determined that condensate water had been draining into the passenger compartment instead of outside the vehicle. According to the dealer's written diagnosis, the water soaked the body wiring harness and damaged the Body Control Module (BCM) and Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) module. The problem initially presented through door-lock/electrical malfunctions. The dealer confirmed the water intrusion and resulting component damage during its inspection. I am concerned because the affected components include the body wiring harness, BCM, and SRS module. Damage to the SRS module potentially affects a vehicle safety/restraint system, and extensive water contamination of the wiring harness and control modules could cause additional electrical failures. The dealer stated that repair would require replacement of the body wiring harness, BCM and SRS module, removal of the front carpeting, treatment for moisture/mold contamination, and approximately 42 hours of labor. The dealer estimated the repair at $14,314 and stated that the repair cost exceeds the value of the vehicle. I do not know when or why the HVAC drain became disconnected. I am reporting this because an authorized Chevrolet dealer confirmed that a disconnected HVAC drain allowed water to enter the cabin and damage multiple electrical and safety-related modules. I believe NHTSA should determine whether similar water-intrusion failures have occurred in other vehicles of this model.

2025 CHEVROLET TAHOE- Rifle, CO
On approximately January 15, 2026, my 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe equipped with the 6.2L V8 engine suffered a complete engine failure at approximately 10,000 miles while my family and I were traveling about six hours from home. The engine/propulsion system failed and the vehicle became inoperable. The specific internal engine component that initially failed is UNKNOWN. The sudden failure put my family at risk because we were stranded far from home with an inoperable vehicle. The Tahoe had to be taken to an authorized Chevrolet dealership, where the engine failure was confirmed and warranty repairs were performed. General Motors opened Chevrolet Customer Assistance case number 87586632 on January 16, 2026 and communicated with the dealership throughout the repair. The Tahoe remained at the dealership awaiting repairs and parts through at least February 4, 2026. GM correspondence confirms that the vehicle had been returned to us by February 7, 2026. The vehicle was unavailable for approximately three weeks. Prior to the failure, OnStar sent a low 12-volt battery alert on January 15, 2026. I do not know whether that alert was related to the engine failure. On February 2, 2026, while the vehicle was still undergoing repairs, OnStar sent a critical engine and transmission system diagnostic alert. Any other warning lamps, messages, noises, or symptoms immediately preceding the failure are UNKNOWN. The vehicle was inspected and repaired by an authorized Chevrolet dealership, and General Motors was involved through its Customer Assistance department. Whether a GM representative separately inspected the failed engine is UNKNOWN. The vehicle was not inspected by police or an insurance representative to my knowledge. Whether the original failed engine or its components are still available for inspection is UNKNOWN; the dealership or General Motors may have retained them. 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe, case number 87586632.

2018 CHEVROLET EQUINOX- Pinegrove, CA
The contact owns a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the service restraint error message was displayed. The dealer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with a front passenger's seat air bag sensor failure. The contact was informed that the front passenger's seat air bag sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the parts were on back order. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact reported the failure using the report by phone using the manufacturer's automated system. The failure mileage was approximately 56,744.
