The contact owns a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the messages "ESC", "ABS", "Brakes", "Emergency Brakes", "Forward Collision", "Emergency Parking Brake", and "Speed Limited" displayed. The contact depressed the brake pedal and it went to the floorboard. The vehicle failed to stop immediately. The contact activated the hazard lights, and the vehicle coasted to the shoulder. The vehicle was turned off and restarted. The vehicle was able to drive to the destination, but the failure recurred two days later. The vehicle was towed to the dealer but was not yet diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 17,000.

The contact stated that the key-fob failed to lock and unlocking of the failed intermittenly. The key fob was the original manufactured key fob. The dealer had been contacted, and the key fob was reprogrammed. The failure persisted. The dealer was contacted again, and it was diagnosed that the circuit board would slip inside the key fob itself, causing the malfunction. The key fob was replaced. The manufacturer was informed of the failure, and due to the vehicle no longer being covered under warranty, they opened and then closed a case. The failure mileage was approximately 82,000.

Flex pipe for exhaust is broken at 61000 miles rattles and makes noise upon start up and acceleration.doesnt make sense repairs for model years before and after 2020 are being repaired for free

I purchased this car previously owned. As I’ve had to drive it everyday. I notice the tires/wheels when turning left or right, when parking …the wheels tend to lock then I must put in muscle to turn and return to a straight position. This has gotten worse to the point I almost ended up on a curb last week. Someone needs to check this vehicle because something is wrong. I keep impuestos with the maintenance but this locking of tires/wheels and then the constant shudder afterwards is dangerous. I’m appalled there is no recall or at the very least a free diagnostic or inspection at a dealer. I already told my family to sue if I die or get hurt in this Tahoe. Totally unacceptable

On [XXX], I was going to Atlanta, the truck started hesitating harshly while I was passing another driver on a two lane road. The truck wouldn’t accelerate and the paddle seemed to be stuck, I had to pull off the road to avoid a head on collision. On the 30th of May, I took the truck to Allen Turner in Pensacola, Florida where I purchased it and reported the issue, the service department was closed and they sent me next door to a Chevrolet Dealership, which was also closed. On today [XXX], I took the truck out for a test drive, and I had the same incident happen, but this time I pulled into a gas station and shutdown the truck. Once I turned the truck back on, the check engine light came on. I didn’t think I would make it back home, because the truck didn’t accelerate correctly, and when I pressed the gas pedal it didn’t accelerate and was making different noises. The pedal seemed to be stuck, with no acceleration. I recorded a little bit with my phone while trying to drive, but it’s not the best. Early this year I traveled to Mobile AL. While I was driving my car made this sound and it lost acceleration but no warning light appeared on my dashboard. My car eventually lost power and I had to get a tow. I went to a repair shop and they explained to me that it was the turbo that’s why I lost acceleration they said a lot of equinox with turbos are having this problem but it only goes out around 100000 mile but I only had 67000+ miles on my car at the time. The mechanic explain it shouldn’t have gone out so soon as it did. Also the vehicle makes a sudden jerk or jolt while driving this maybe an engine or transmission problem without any warning sign signaling there’s a problem with the vehicle. I’ve researched this and learned that this model vehicle has transmission problem while driving

Vehicle stalled during routine driving. Code P129F. I was stranded in 95 degree weather with three small children. Please correct and advise ASAP. Had to be towed home. Vehicle inoperable.

Truck started ticking/clicking a few months back and the ESC or ECS light came on took it to the dealer Carl Black Chevrolet in Orlando, where the was supposed to to fix the problem under the previous owner, my boss who gave me the truck and 30 days after receiving the title the motor is bad. Mileage now is 112,000, the truck has burned the right fuel and had proper oil changes. Now the motor is blown as per a certified mechanic northeast auto and truck service in Ocala. First owner called General Motors to see if they could help and was told it should have gone to a Chevy dealer so they won’t or cant help. Motor is blown on a truck with low miles and this is how Chevy appreciate its drivers who purchase their vechiles. Buy American, they say…wow! On [XXX] the same reading came on again. This time it said service emergency brakes, parked it, went in store to purchase food, came out, started truck, drove 4 miles, parked truck went in to work and three hour later came out and white smoke rolled out the back and inside cab. This all started when i had my car serviced for an oil change and began to hear some clicking sounds when I would start my vehicle. The fuel sealant is defective, the fuel caps were corroded, leaks oil, and causes the turbo on the engine to lag. I found this out as I was driving and tried to make a turn. When pressing the accelerator the vehicle lagged almost causing me to be involved in an accident on more than one occassion. When conducting on-line research I am not the only owner that has experienced this issue. It would appear that Chevrolet is aware that this is happening in its turbo models. I have an extended warranty that was purchased through the dealership. This issue caused them to replace the fuel sealant, the fuel caps, and the fuel pump. However, 2 weeks later my vehicle is still leaking a significant amount of oil. When I took the vehicle to be serviced, I was told that the sealant is broken again and gaskets have to be replaced. Upon researching this online other owners have experienced the same issues. I did share my online research with the service technicians. Their reactions were dismissive.

Turn Signal starts flashing left after turning right. Happens fairly consistently.
