2026 CHEVROLET EQUINOX EV- Prescott, AZ
The Equinox EV has rear Automatic Emergency Braking. On multiple occasions while backing up the vehicle's AEB has activated by slamming on the parking brake. A check of the rear camera and sensor system shows the vehicle detected nothing. A visual check also shows nothing behind the vehicle that's outside the sensor system's.

2024 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN- Afton, WY
The glass of the front movable sun roof shattered. The glass shattered while driving on hwy 89 in Wyoming with no traffic or no identifiable reason for the event. While some glass was saved most of it blew out when is shattered. The problem has not been reproduced or confirmed by the dealer. The dealer blames a flying rock or other object impacting the glass even though no vehicles or source of incident impact was perceived. No one was interested in taking a report. There was a build up of pressure inside the vehicle prior to the blow out of the glass which caused the drivers ear's to pop when the sun roof blew. The remaining glass was visibly pushed upwards away from the vehicle. A picture is available.

2026 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN 1500- Lewis Center, OH
Today, 5/2/26 in Lewis Center, OH- My daughter and I were returning home from her Soccer game. The time was about 11am. We were in my brand new Chevy Z71 Suburban, with 4,100 miles. As we were slowing , approaching the roundabout, i noticed no power as i was preparing to enter the roundabout. I then see that the car powered off. It would not restart and i had no way to put into N. I had to call [XXX] to have the Sheriff direct traffic. I used Onstar, only to find out the tow was 216 min out. So the Sheriff called a tow and it was there in 30 min and towed to local Chevy dealership, thankfully before the closed for the weekend. I will find out Monday what the issue is- but it for sure seized up. So sad. I paid $100k for this truck. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2021 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- Cheyenne, WY
Vehicle: 2021 Chevrolet Silverado VIN: [XXX] Mileage at time of incident: Approximately 68,000 miles Date of incident: April 24, 2026 Approximate speed: 75 mph Weather/road conditions: Clear, sunny day Was the vehicle towed? No Did the engine restart? Yes My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado experienced a sudden loss of power and stalled while I was driving on the highway at approximately 75 mph. The weather was clear and sunny, and road conditions were normal. This created a serious safety concern because the vehicle lost power while traveling at highway speed in traffic and could have caused a crash. The vehicle did restart after the incident and was not towed, but it had to be taken in for service after the power loss/stalling event. The dealership later advised that the oil was low on the dipstick and stated they would change the oil and complete a recall/service update. However, I have maintained the vehicle with regular oil changes, and at the time of the incident, the vehicle’s oil life monitor still showed approximately 50% oil life remaining. I do not believe this should be dismissed as a simple lack-of-maintenance issue. I am concerned that the sudden loss of power/stalling may be related to an engine, fuel, oil pressure, electrical, ECM, or recall/service campaign issue. I am also concerned that the vehicle was low on oil despite regular oil maintenance and the oil life monitor still showing about 50%. The vehicle is currently at Tyrell Chevrolet for inspection/service. I have not yet received a clear explanation of the cause of the power loss, whether diagnostic trouble codes were found, whether oil pressure was affected, whether oil consumption was checked, whether any recall or service campaign caused or corrected the issue, or whether the truck is safe to drive. This sudden loss of power while driving at approximately 75 mph presents a serious safety risk and should be investigated. 2019 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- Roswell, GA
On Tuesday April 28 while I was driving the engine suddenly started making a strange noise and the engine died. It would not restart. I had it towed to the dealer and was told the cam shaft “spun” and destroyed the engine. I am now having to replace the engine at a cost of $11,000!

2025 CHEVROLET TRAX- Nacogdoches , TX
I have only had the vehicle 1 year and 4 months and I am already having to replace the wiper blades a for a second time. The fact that Chevrolet decided to put a wiper blades arm that no one makes adapters for except Chevrolet and the fact that I can’t just walk into an auto parts store and buy new blades is absolutely infuriating.

2024 CHEVROLET MALIBU- Cecilia, KY
The backup camera has completely quit working. Only shows a black screen saying “service vision system.” Since it has went out completely about three weeks ago I no longer feel safe backing out of parking spots or driveways, especially when my children are in the car. The car has quite a few blind spots that only the backup camera would show you. The rear vision system started to go in and out about six weeks ago and completely stopped working three weeks ago. I have since taken the car to a GM dealership to have it fixed after finding an open recall on the backup camera. They witnessed the camera malfunction with their own eyes and found the recall themselves, but then relayed to me there was nothing they could do because the recall had not been remedied.

The backup camera is malfunctioning and will not display anything behind me. Just a black screen saying “service vision system.” There are far too many blind spots when it comes to reversing with this car that I feel unsafe when I have to back out of parking spots or driveways. I have taken the vehicle to a GM dealership and they refuse to replace the camera because there is “no remedy” available even though they, themselves seen the camera was inoperable. The camera was going in and out for about three weeks prior to it completely being unusable about three weeks ago.

2017 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- Anderson , SC
Transmission is hunting for gear when decelerating. Back and forth it tries to change gear. Just started. I have 64,000 miles on the truck. At 22,000 it started shuddering and the fluid was changed which corrected the issue then. At 53,000 the shudder returned and I paid the dealerdealership to replace the torque converter. Now 12,000 miles later I'm having a shifting issue. This Transmission seems to be problematic.
