2021 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE- Centerville, GA
The welding that holds the exhaust together has failed. They offer a Special Warranty to cover only the passenger side, however it has failed and exhaust is super loud. Also reading 4 codes from check engine alert. All are P0420 (cat convertor). The smell of exhaust and cat convertor is super disgusting

2019 CHEVROLET BLAZER- Utica , NY
Thermostat went bad at 47,500 miles. Temp gauge stopped working, Engine light came on and alert stating steering assist is reduced

2019 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- mount laurel , NJ
Had to replace transmission out pocket even though its a very common issue with this vehicle.

2022 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- San Antonio, TX
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that the engine temperature increased while driving approximately 60 - 70 MPH. The message “Reduced Speed due to High Temperature” was displayed. The temperature gauge increased to high and then down to low. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was caused by the coolant control valve. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and opened a case. The contact was advised that an error message needed to be displayed before moving forward. The failure mileage was approximately 65,000.

2024 CHEVROLET EQUINOX- Lillington, NC
The contact owns a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox. The contact stated that while attempting to park into a parking spot, the vehicle unintendedly accelerated and drove over a curb onto the grass. The contact depressed the brake pedal with extra force; however, the vehicle crashed into another vehicle. The contact stated the passenger’s side front fender crashed into the passenger’s side door of the other vehicle. The vehicle came to a complete stop upon impact. The air bags had not deployed. There was no warning light illuminated prior to the crash. There were no injuries sustained. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard. A Police report was filed. The dealer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 19,000.

2022 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN- Loxahatchee, FL
2022 chevy suburban diesel. Severe paint chipping and rust around windshield and top of truck. Midnight blue is the color and chevy is not covering the his defect of it destroying my truck right now complete rust and chunks of paint chipping away on the windshield it is so noticeable how bad this is chipping. And whole top of truck and front paneling show same signs everywhere of bubbling ready to chip away soon. The corrosion on truck that should not occur On a 4 year anniversary or truck from chevy a 2022! I’ve been asking for this for months as 9,500 for a paint job quote for something that it shouldn’t need to be done a paint job with rust. Chevy needs to step up and fix this. I’m a mother to 7 daughters and we need this vehicle.

2022 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- williamstown, NJ
I own a 2022 Chevrolet silverado 1500 that is jumping and jolting. There is currently a federal recall and the dealership is denying to fix it for free under recall because our VIN is not yet listed, despite the vehicle suffering from the exact transmission failure reported for the same year, make and model. This matches the exact parameters of Safety Recall N252516560. The vehicle is unsafe to drive

2013 CHEVROLET IMPALA- Glendale, NY
I have 2 monitors frozen that won't reset . The drive cycle is very dangerious it includes takeing up to 55 and deceleration down to 20 multiple times for many miles I myself have driven this cycle taking my life in my hands in nyc for 300 miles with no success

2018 CHEVROLET CAMARO- French Town, NJ
The contact owns a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated that the rear glass attached to the cloth convertible top had become unsecured and the contact was concerned that the rear glass may separate from the convertible top. The contact stated that the rear glass panel was attached to the cloth convertible top using glue, and the glue had failed, causing the glass panel to become unsecured. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, and the contact was advised that the entire convertible top needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The contact stated that the convertible top was previously replaced due to a similar failure. The failure mileage was 9,000.

2017 CHEVROLET VOLT- Greensboro, NC
The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Volt. The contact stated that he had experienced a recurring loss of propulsion that would occur shortly after vehicle startup, which was attributed to a failure with the Battery Energy Control Module (BECM). The failure caused the check engine, ABS, Stabili-Trak, and Forward Collision Avoidance warning lights to illuminate. The contact informed the local dealer of the failure and was referred to the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer acknowledged that there was a Customer Satisfaction Program for the failure, but the vehicle was not included. The contact was referred by the manufacturer to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.
