2014 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN- Swanzey, NH
Safety issue with slider doors not opening. You can hear the sound of the locking mechanism noise continuing after attempting to open the doors. This will happen when it is very hot or cold weather. I think it might be the actuator. I have three toddlers and have had to climb over the front seats to get into the back seats!

2018 DODGE JOURNEY- Houston, TX
The backup camera went off for several days. There was an error message on the rearview mirror. The camera picture eventually came back on, but the camera is now pointing at my bumper. I cannot see behind my car anymore and I can no longer use it to see while backing up.

2004 DODGE RAM 1500- Goodyear, AZ
Vehicle: 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 I was the driver and sole occupant of my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and was wearing my seat belt. I was traveling westbound on [XXX], shortly after passing [XXX], when I was involved in a three-vehicle collision. The first vehicle stopped abruptly, resulting in the collision. I was traveling approximately 50–55 mph before the collision, and my truck sustained a significant frontal impact. Despite the frontal impact, the driver’s frontal airbag did not deploy. There were no passengers in the vehicle. The component/system of concern is the driver’s frontal airbag and Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). Prior to the collision, I was not aware of any airbag warning lights, warning messages, or other symptoms indicating that the system was malfunctioning. The exact reason for the airbag non-deployment is currently UNKNOWN. The vehicle has not yet been inspected or altered to determine the cause. The truck is currently secured at my residence in its post-collision condition. It has not been repaired, dismantled, modified, salvaged, or otherwise disturbed since the collision and is available for inspection upon request. I am reporting this incident because the driver’s frontal airbag failed to deploy during a significant frontal collision. I am requesting that the airbag non-deployment be documented and investigated to determine whether a defect or malfunction in the airbag/SRS system contributed to the failure to deploy. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2013 DODGE CHARGER- Antioch, TN
A few weeks ago I was traveling on unfamiliar curvy roads. It had recently rained. I fishtailed going through the curve, and my breaks locked up. Not long after I had the famous “Christmas Tree Lights” on my dash which are the ABS, Break, and FCW. Went to Advance Auto Parts to check code, and it was C2200-49. Took to dealership and paid $200+ to learn the same. They quoted $1955 alone for the ABS Control Module because the part was discontinued by Mopar in 2025. Took to an independent shop for a recheck, and they confirmed they could not fix it because they couldn’t guarantee an added part would work since they were discontinued. I haven’t driven the vehicle for a month, and I’m wary of buying a remanufactured part on eBay. I researched and found the code is a processor failure pandemic on 2011-2014 models, and there was a massive national level backorder even before the part was discontinued. Mopar & Dodge need to make this right with a safety recall. My research shows it is unsafe to drive! Please help!! A recall was issued for Dodge Ram Trucks! 2013 Dodge Charger SXT with adaptive cruise control should be added. Thank you for your time!

2016 DODGE DURANGO- Bartow, FL
On August 6, 2026, at approximately 6:00 a.m., I was driving my 2016 Dodge Durango northbound to work at approximately 60 mph. It was dark and the roadway was slightly wet from overnight rain. While traveling in the left lane under normal driving conditions, I suddenly heard a loud pop and the driver’s Active Head Restraint/headrest sprung forward, striking me hard in the back of the head. The impact caused my head to be thrown forward and caused me to swerve. I immediately pulled over to determine what had happened. After exiting the vehicle, I discovered that the driver’s headrest had sprung open and forward. There had been no collision or other impact immediately before the headrest deployed. I continued to work after the incident and developed a mild headache. Later that day, I began experiencing soreness in my neck. The unexpected deployment occurred without warning while I was traveling approximately 60 mph and created a serious safety concern because the impact caused me to swerve while driving. I have photographs documenting the condition of the headrest immediately following the incident.
