There is a malfunction in the ABS module and it is so prevalent that it is making it hard to get the new/used part.

I purchased a used Toyo tire (model Extensa A/S or 436) from a tire shop in Houston, TX on [XXX]. I was assured it was in good condition, but less than three weeks later, the tire showed severe sidewall cracks, dry rot, and bulging. I was stranded at 1 a.m. due to this failure, and when I inspected the tire myself, I found clear signs of structural damage that should have been caught before the sale. I tried to bring this to the attention of the shop. Instead of a resolution, I was spoken to disrespectfully and hung up on. The owner admitted to giving me a discount because of showing up late to fix the tire, though I never asked for one I simply wanted a safe, working tire. A used tire should still last 1 to 3 years, and this one didn’t last three weeks. This presents a serious road hazard, and I believe this business is knowingly selling unsafe used tires. My charger was a michigan state patrol vehicle all its maint. Kept up on and all recalls fixed and repaired properly, yet driving at 45mph and my front driveshaft gives out and ends up smashing off my transmission and transfer case and it hit and almost went through the passanger side floor board right under the passanger seat which if it had it would of messed my passanger up bad ,so now 12k + in repairs. Dodge has had multiple recalls over the years for this exact problem, so i guess its time for another one, idk how you can say the recall has been fixed on vehicle if it breaks exactly the same way, that means its not fixed. 06

The back up camera is not working properly. It goes in and out. Sometimes it gets completely stuck on blocking visibility.

The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while adjusting the front passenger’s side headrest, the active head restraint (AHR) unexpectedly deployed. No warning light was illuminated. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 72,500.

The vehicle was sold under deceptive business practices. I inspected the vehicle and seen the tire (side wall) was badly damaged and the vehicle did not even run as mentioned in the description. The safety was in jeopardy and the seller made false claims for me to believe the vehicle was safe and ready to drive.

Power door is broke and won’t open. There was a notice sent out about it but no repairs appeared

On my way to work on the highway and my rear differential blew apart sending pieces all over the high way had to get it towed home.

It seems as though the transmission is failing. I read somewhere that 2016 Dodge Grand Caravans have been recalled for transmission issues. I'd like for my VIN be added to that recall list.

The transmission dropped after being stopped at a stop light and lightly accelerating. When this happened the vehicle dropped to neutral. After pulling over it did go into first gear but that’s it. When in reverse it moves a foot then goes back in to neutral.
