Passenger seat Headrest popped out for no reason. Got a headache from it cause of the impact it caused. Was only driving in my neighborhood at 25mph. No accident occurred

The manufacturer sent a third party to fix an airbag recall. Before the third-party technician touched my truck for the recall, both my horn and cigarette lighter worked. Now, after their repair, neither works. Therefore, something they did caused an electrical fault. I advised whoever sent the technician and they said they would send the guy back. No one will answer my calls and no one has fixed my issue.

Driver side sliding door stuck in lock position. Cannot open it with fob or manually

My display screen went completely black. The blind spot warning system does not work at all as well when the display screen went black. It's completely unresponsive, no navigation, radio, entertainment anything. The a/c is on full blast as if it's on defrost as well. And the language for the car went into German for some reason I have no idea why. It was working completely fine this morning when it happened and when I went to turn on the car it stopped working completely.

The passenger side headrest just exploded. It turns out that this is a safety feature that deployed on its own as part of the housing that holds the unit together just apparently broke. Had someone been sitting there, this would have blasted them in the back of the head. There were no warnings or messages. Now I'm concerned the driver side headrest will explode too while I'm driving and I have an exploded passenger headrest thats now not safe for passengers.

The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Journey. The contact stated while driving 50-60 MPH, the brakes locked up and the vehicle became uncontrollable. There was an unknown orange warning light illuminated. took the vehicle to the dealer on 2/27/25 on invoice # chcs169951 and they have refused to fix the issue. i was given a proof of correction paper without doing any or the work and told that they are no responsible to fix the issue because it is an older vehicle. I have been trying to register the vehicle but am unable to because it will not pass the brake and light inspection. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to update the system and has now been close to 2 months and still no update.

This 2007 Dodge Nitro R/T 4x4 electrically stalled and died at 65mph on the [XXX] . This is the 3rd time it has stalled out electrically. The vehicle was inspected and told bad TIMP. My backup camera has a black screen when it was working it was poor quality even if it was clean, the sensors for backing up have failed! Warning message comes on on the dash but the fuses and all have been checked big safety issue living where there many children have to park on side of road because can see backing up

The contact owns a 2012 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact discovered that the fuel tank strap had detached. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that two of the fuel tank straps needed to be replaced. The contact researched and was made aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V160000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the VIN was not included. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was 145,000.
