4,805 miles, vehicle was completely dead. Got it jumped and now the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree. All sensors need serviced.

Lighting bolt with parentheses came on along with off road sign. I was unable to accelerate past 20 mph and then I just rolled to a stop in morning traffic with my flashers on. I took it to dealership and they replaced my key battery since I told them i was also having problems lock and unlocking my car. I was told this should solve the problem. It did for about 3 weeks now lights back on car won’t accelerate only till and it’s shaking bad.

Dodge sent out a recall letter 6 months ago. I have take my vehicle to the dealer for repair. They did not have an available part. I have been consistently reaching out to Dodge and they have no answer on when the part will be available. They are no longer responding to my inquiries regarding the replacement of this faulty part.

The side curtain airbags have a risk of rupture due to a manufacturing defect, sending metal fragments into the cabin. We are not able to drive this with our children without risk of injury. The vehicle wad inspected at a Dodge dealership May 2024 and they did not have the new part to replace the defective part. I received a recall letter from Dodge.

Vehicle goes into low gear and locks up the traction control on its own. Without turning the knob to 4WD. The knob is in AWD when this happens. Usually you can put in neutral and turn the knob back and forth then let the car roll forward a little bit and the low gear and traction control will turn off, then you have to wait a little bit then put it in drive and continue. That is not a fix, and the last time it happened, it would not come out of low gear and I had to have it towed to the dealership. A week later they looked at it and it was not showing any codes, so they cannot fix anything. 3 days after I pick up car it does it again. Possible TCM is what technicians think but because no codes show up they won't fix anything. When this happens at a stop light and you start to move forward and it freezes up it is very unsafe.

The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, while attempting to roll down the window down the contact smelled an abnormal odor inside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the wiring harness and window switch had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 14V234000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed contact that the vehicle was repaired under the recall in 2016. The failure mileage was 145,000.

The contact owns a 2022 Dodge Durango. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed or while parked, the instrument panel intermittently became darkened. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V436000 (Back Over Prevention); however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 35,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

Dodge Durango Daylight rear led strip lights went out on driver side. We have only had the car for 2 years and we have under 30,000 miles. This could be a safety hazard. This can cause an accidents and should be fixed by the manufacturers. This is not a simple fix that the owner can do on its own. The owner would have removed the whole bumper to replace the whole light fixture. This can damage the car even more if the owner is not a properly trained mechanic. Also reviewing forums online and I see a lot of 2021 up new dodge Durango model are having the same issue and it's costing the owner $1000 plus to repair it at the dealership. That is outrageous and is not fair to the owner. Please please make this a recall. Thank you for taking the time out to review my concerns.

The contact owns a 2000 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the ABS warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that while driving 20 MPH, the vehicle was slow to stop. While depressing the brake pedal, there was an abnormal grinding sound coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 164,731.

After talking to others and researching and reading reports this seems to be another ghost problem: Driving around town this issue doesn't usually occur but, on a long drive and coming to a stop or near stop such as a traffic light and/or in traffic my van starts to die. Depending on how long I am going to be stopped or slowed down to a crawl I either have to keep one foot on the brake while accelerating or switch to neutral. When switched to neutral I have to keep a foot on the accelerator while switching back into drive. Sometimes turning the ignition off and back on helps, usually not. The danger is the risk of being rear ended or stalling when pulling into traffic.
