Replaced batteries, and power steering went out, it put my vehicle out of alignment... I tried getting an alignment at local Firestone. Told me they could not connect to the angle sensors and that I need to get a new rack and pinion

The airbag compartment in the drivers seat headrest popped open while driving and I have been unable to pop it back in. I was not injured but it scared me and could have caused an accident.

I contacted a dealership to get my recalls (25v-674, u90, and w20) fix and I spoke with Eric at the dealership and he told me they can’t fix it because I have a salvaged title and they don’t work on salvaged cars.

The contact stated that while driving approximately 40-45 MPH downhill, the driver swerved to the left to avoid crashing into the vehicle ahead, and the vehicle struck a fire hydrant and then crashed into a pole, where the vehicle came to a stop. The fire hydrant detached, causing water to spread. The vehicle sustained severe front-end damage; however, the air bags failed to deploy. There were no warning lights illuminated after the crash. The driver’s head struck the steering wheel and sustained headaches and a swollen nose. The front seat passenger struck their head and had headaches. The driver did not seek medical assistance, and it was unknown whether the front passenger seat occupant had sought medical assistance. A Police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an unknown location by the insurance company, pending an evaluation. The dealer and the manufacturer were not yet contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 7,700.

I have had this car since 2018 when I purchased it the radio was shutting itself off and turning back on every 30 seconds I replaced it with a new one same radio and since then I have had issues with volume control it’s turning up by itself, even with the speed of adjustment control off the knobs for my ac and all those other buttons work when they want to sometimes my park sense beeps for almost a minute after I put it in drive sometimes it doesn’t beep at all and sometimes it randomly starts beeping when I’m driving the tire pressure sensor lights on my dash say I’m low when I’m not had tire sensors checked there working fine I’ve had problems since I bought it took it dealership idk how many times they can’t find out what’s wrong and my radio is turning off and on I can’t see my controls for my ac I have [XXX] and [XXX] old and the heat turns on driving down the road I believe the center stack might be the problem INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH, the vehicle started jerking, lost motive power, and the RPMs elevated to the red line. The contact pulled over to the side of the road with the engine running, but the vehicle was unable to drive forward. The vehicle had experienced transmission failure. The vehicle was towed to a local transmission shop where it was diagnosed and determined that an internal transmission pump failure was preventing transmission fluid from pumping to the clutch. The vehicle was repaired out of pocket. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 100,000.

The contact stated that the vehicle failed to accelerate above 20 MPH while driving. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and was diagnosed with catalytic converter failure. The contact was informed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 175,589.

Vehicle: 2006 Dodge Durango VIN: [XXX] Issue Type: Fuel System / Safety Hazard Description: During refueling, the vehicle repeatedly shuts the pump off and then sprays gasoline back out of the filler neck, creating a fire and injury hazard. This is a known defect covered under Dodge Customer Satisfaction Notification X39, which extends warranty coverage for the inlet check valve / ORVR failure on 2006–2008 Durango models. The symptoms match the documented defect exactly: pump shutoff, fuel expulsion, and fuel spray. This occurs at multiple stations and with different pumps. Stellantis customer service and local dealers have been unresponsive and will not acknowledge X39 unless forced. The defect poses a clear safety risk to me and others nearby during refueling. I am requesting NHTSA involvement to ensure Stellantis honors the X39 warranty extension and addresses this fuel system hazard. Safety Risk: Gasoline sprays out under pressure, contacting the vehicle, ground, and the person refueling. This is a fire hazard and exposes the user to fuel on skin and clothing. The condition is unpredictable and dangerous. Requested Action: Require Stellantis to inspect and repair the vehicle under CSN X39 and ensure compliance with the documented unlimited-time warranty extension for this defect.
