2020 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN- Eglin AFB, FL
The automatic transmission failed while driving, causing a loss of propulsion and leaving the vehicle stranded. This created a safety hazard because the vehicle could no longer accelerate or move out of traffic. This is the fourth Chrysler/Dodge vehicle I have owned that has experienced a substantially similar transmission failure.

2013 DODGE JOURNEY- Novato, CA
Incident occurred onJune 29, 2026 approximately around 6 pm. The system in question is the electrical. I was pulling out of the parking space at the Safeway parking lot, my arm was rested on the driver side door, window was down, and I heard the automatic door locks engaged. At that exact moment I felt a heavy shock go through my arm. I screamed, and at first I did not know what happened. As I was driving home, I knew the shock had come from my arm resting on the door lock. My left arm had a visible red mark. The incident had just now occurred so it has not been confirmed by anyone. No warning lights, messages, or symptoms.

2024 DODGE CHARGER EV- Marion, IL
After having been in the possession of my car for 2 weeks, it went into a "bricked" mode where it could not be started. The only fix was for it to be towed to a dealer who was able to disconnect the 12V battery and reconnect it. This allowed it to run but in a reduced capacity. One week later, it was bricked again. I had it towed to another dealership who replaced that battery. The battery was faulty and was causing the car to not get receive updates. Since then, this issue has happened one more time and I was able to "reset" the car by walking away for 15 minutes, allowing the computer to turn off then try again.

2023 DODGE CHALLENGER- Uncasville, CT
I am reporting a serious public safety concern involving Walmart Auto Care Center in Waterford, CT, after tire installation on my 2023 Dodge Challenger. Walmart installed four new Michelin tires on 05/12/2026 after Walmart.com order #[XXX]. On [XXX], a missing front passenger-side locking lug nut was discovered. I photographed the missing lug nut area and reported the issue to Walmart. When I returned to the Waterford Walmart Auto Care Center on 06/12/2026, the Tire/Lube department manager stated that Walmart associates do not tighten or torque locking lug nuts because of a prior incident where a locking-lug key broke inside a customer’s wheel. This was never disclosed to me before service and was not posted for consumers. On 06/24/2026, the same department manager confirmed that statement in front of an assistant store manager during a recorded in-person interaction. During that same interaction, after I stated the vehicle has five lug nuts per wheel, the assistant store manager stated words to the effect that I could safely drive with only three lug nuts. My concern is not only reimbursement. This appears to be a serious vehicle safety issue: customers may be leaving a tire service department with missing, unsecured, or untorqued locking lug nuts, without being warned that all lug nuts were not properly secured. Lug nuts secure the wheel to the vehicle. A wheel or tire assembly failure at roadway speeds could endanger the vehicle occupants and the public. I have scheduled an independent inspection with Karns Automotive for 07/06/2026 to evaluate Walmart’s tire work and related wheel-safety concerns. Walmart Ethics/Safety reference: [XXX].
