2018 DODGE CHARGER- Bridgeport, WV
Nothing on the computer screen works or if it works....there's no controlling it. It blows out cold air and then blows out hot air and it changes the radio stations on it's own. There is no controlling the radio or the a/c and heat. I really scared that this is just the tip of the iceberg. I have only had this vehicle about a year and I haven't been able to drive it hardly at all. Thankfully I have a Hyundai Genesis Coupe that I can depend on but it only goes in the summer time because it is a rear wheel drive car. My 2018 Dodge Charger GT AWD is at the garage at 1251 Good Hope Pike Clarksburg, WV 26301 I took the above car to them on [XXX] and it's still at their garage. Nice people that work there but I would like to have my AWD car before the snow starts flying. Country Club Chrysler Howard Moore is the Service Manager. The power steering or steering rack appears to be defective. While turning on a curve, the steering will get stuck in what feels like a knotch, and can be weird to un-stick from that knotch. Can maybe cause unstable feeling in steering.

Many 2010 Dodge Grand Caravans were covered under a recall for a failed WIN module (NHTSA Campaign Number: 14V373000) in which the key can move to the off or accessory positions. Though our Grand Caravan is not covered, our WIN module has failed in the same manner as those covered in the recall. The van and WIN module was inspected and diagnosed by our local Chrysler, Dodge dealership. Keys have been loose in the WIN module and indicator lights related to the failure of the WIN module come on intermittently due to the electrical issue caused by the failed WIN module.
