Air bags did not deploy when I hit someone at 35+mph. My passenger and my safety was put at risk because the air bags did not deploy causing us to be thrown forward forcefully causing pain in our back and neck. Car is being towed to a shop and I let them know my concerns for the air bag being faulty

The contact owns a 2011 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH at nighttime, the headlight turned off independently. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact also stated that the taillight turned off intermittently and the rear driver’s and the front passenger’s turn signal light was flashing quickly. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that several weeks later after parking the vehicle and returning a minute later to restart the vehicle, the contact heard an abnormally loud sound and the vehicle turned off. The contact exited the vehicle, opened the hood, and saw battery acid all over the hood. The vehicle was not drivable. The contact called a tow truck company and was provided a temporary battery. The contact took the vehicle back to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with an electronic failure and the contact was informed that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 174,380.

The van started shaking on a trip. Codes P0172 and P0175 have been on for nearly 2 months. Many parts have been replaced. Spark plugs, o2 sensor, fuel injectors, ignition coils, and battery. The mechanic replaced gaskets and fuel pump. Codes won't go away. The van randomly takes multiple time to start. It shudders and has acceleration issues when the fuel I low.

My family and I were on a hike in the mountains, and when we got back to our car, the drivers headrest had popped out of itself. We tried to see if we could fix it, but it busted out with such force that it broke parts. When I looked this up, it appears that this is a pretty common occurrence with our make and model, and others have actually had it happen when they are in the seat and been injured! Thank God we weren’t driving through the mountains when it happened! This is a serious issue and I couldn’t believe that nothing had been done to create a recall, especially after finding a report about the same issue with the same vehicle online from October 2019 (almost FOUR years ago) by [XXX] , stating that the government was researching this issue after several people were injured. Apparently this is a safety feature that is built to prevent whiplash in an accident, but is activating without provocation in many vehicles, if it’s not offsetting whiplash, could this not CAUSE whiplash?! This needs to be addressed as a recall and fixed for others before it causes a serious car accident (if it hasn’t already) or kills someone. This is completely unacceptable. Unknown, my car since ive got it has steadily ran way too hot for my comfort zone it does not redline. But it runs sometimes past 223-225 and i feel like i have to pull over and that is not safe. I have had it checked out NUNEROUS times and have been told nothing is wrong but genuinely that does not add up to me.

The contact owns a 2020 Doge Journey equipped with Nexen tires, Tire Line: N PRIZ RH7, Tire Size: 225/65/R17, DOT Number: UAHT1AKL4019. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear driver’s and passenger’s side tread belt failed. Upon inspecting the vehicle, the contact became aware that there was a bubble on each tire. The vehicle was taken to a tire shop where it was determined that the tires needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 26,000.

The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that on several occasions, the mounting bolt used to hold the liftgate open failed to operate as needed, causing the liftgate to slam down unintendedly. The contact stated that he replaced the mounting bolt himself; however, the failure recurred. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 38,000. The VIN was not available.

The trunk has opened several times usually at night where we find it in the morning open and creating a serious security problem with access to the car available. The vehicle has remote key control to the trunk and doors opening. Since we live in Huber Heights , Ohio We are aware that there is a lot of Military Air Traffic at night since we are close to Wright Patterson Air Base and once in a while we find the TV on in the front room.

Brake Booster failed, no ABS, no traction control, no electronic braking assist. I've read where this has been recalled in Darts in 2013 models. Master Cylinder and Vacuum pump may also be bad.

The interior doors on my car are wrapping and the drivers door arm rest is broken on the inside. I see plenty of complaints on this model with the same problems and there should be a recall done. My car only has 44,261 miles and is well maintained. I was told by the dealer that my extended warranty does not cover the inside doors . He broke it down to the door trim its not the trimp it's the door interior .
