ANOTHER WATER PUMP GONE BAD WELL BEFORE 150K MILES! OVER $2000 TO FIX!! I AM A BREAST CANCER PATIENT AND THIS IS MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. HOW THE HECK CAN IT BE OVER 2K FOR A WATER PUMP??? THAT IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE!! HOW CAN FORD BE WELL AWARE OF A KNOWN ISSUE YET, NOT STEP UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! CARS ARE GOING UP, THE COST TO FIX THEM IS GOING UP, THE LEAST THESE COMPANIES CAN DO IS TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE BUYING THEIR CARS, ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE WELL AWARE IF THE ISSUE. DO THE RIGHT THING FORD, PUT IT UNDER RECALL!!

I received a recall letter in October 2025. The letter states Ford Motor Company do nit have the parts available and will notify me when they do have a remedy so I can make an appointment. The problem is I still haven’t received a notification letter about a remedy found. It’s been almost a year.
