2019 KEYSTONE OUTBACK- Rochester, NY
Failed frame recall repair completed by Meyer’s. Was repaired, but not correctly cause the frame to buckle. I have had ZERO luck trying to get this resolved myself since March!

2019 KEYSTONE OUTBACK- BOX ELDER, SD
The contact owns a 2019 Keystone Outback travel trailer. The contact stated that after driving over a bump in the road at approximately 50 MPH, the driver was informed by another motorist that the front-end of the trailer appeared to be extremely low to the ground. After stopping and inspecting the trailer, it was discovered that the subframe of the trailer had buckled causing the front-end to lower. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The contact was informed that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V715000 (Structure). The contact indicated that the vehicle had experienced the same failure listed in the recall. The failure mileage was 9,000.
