2019 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER VELAR- Dade City, FL
Both the Cooling elbow and manifold connecting to the engine block were disintegrating causing severe leaks on both the elbow and manifold connections. This is a well known recall for Range Rover Velars that was never addressed on my vehicle. Multiple dealers refused to address the issue forcing me to perform the repairs myself. Campaign ID 23V221000

2020 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT- HOLLIS, NY
A potential concern has been identified on specific vehicles within the above vehicle range. A concern has been identified on Ingenium I4 2.0L Petrol Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) engines where the coolant pump drive belt can become damaged leading to detachment or destruction. Where coolant pump drive is lost, this leads to a loss of coolant flow in the engine. The lack of coolant flow can cause the engine to rapidly overheat, and subsequently ruptures an engine mounted plastic elbow in the cooling circuit. If the coolant elbow is ruptured this leads to a coolant leak onto the turbocharger heatshield which may lead to a fire in the engine compartment which can propagate to the whole vehicle. 2016 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT- Wethersfield, CT
Please see attachment: Dear Mr. [XXX] , Mr. [XXX] , and Federal & State Officials, This email serves as formal legal notice, final demand, and a request for immediate investigation into Jaguar Land Rover North America’s ongoing failure to perform a federally mandated safety recall (NHTSA Recall No. 25V-514, Manufacturer D019) affecting my 2016 Range Rover Sport (VIN ????????????). My authorized Connecticut dealer confirmed that the required parts for the recall are available; however, repairs cannot be scheduled or processed because of Jaguar Land Rover’s corporate system outage following the September 2025 cyber-incident. Jaguar Land Rover publicly acknowledged that it “proactively shut down systems” and that “parts logistics and digital operations were disrupted.” This means the recall failure is not due to part shortages or dealer error it stems directly from the manufacturer’s own IT breach. Because of this failure, my family including my three children continues to use a vehicle known to have a critical suspension defect capable of causing sudden loss of control. Allowing such vehicles to remain unrepaired for months due to internal corporate negligence represents reckless endangerment, breach of warranty, and violation of federal safety law. I am therefore requesting: 1. Immediate federal and state investigation into Jaguar Land Rover North America’s handling of Recall #25V-514 and the extent to which the September 2025 cyberincident has compromised safety-repair operations; 2. Immediate interim remedy, such as a courtesy or replacement vehicle of equal or greater value until the recall is completed; and 3. Written confirmation from Jaguar Land Rover within five (5) business days (by November 6, 2025) detailing the company’s plan to restore system functionality and perform all outstanding safety recalls. Please be advised that failure to act will result in escalation to: NHTSA’s Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) for a formal enforcement review; U.S. DOT Office of Inspector General (OIG) for oversight o

2015 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER- Forest Park, IL
Front Passenger door unlatched with no warning. Vehicle is available for inspection upon request. I made a quick stop off the highway and my passenger and I got back in the vehicle and pulled off and the door opened. She pulled the door closed and it wouldn't latch. At this point we were miles away from home. The door could've unlatched on the highway that we were just on and caused a major accident by getting caught by the wind and blowing open which could've shifted the vehicle into a ditch or into other vehicles. My passenger could've been leaning on the door and could've been injured or dead if she fell out and the seat belt didn't hold. After encountering this issue, I have been researching and noticed Safety Recall N335 was issued for Range Rover vehicles, however my year is listed but my vin# fell slightly out of range for this recall. This is a huge issue and can impact my life as well as the lives of others when door stop unlatching.

2023 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER- New York, NY
The vehicle brake pad warning light went on before 15K miles. The dealership and manufacturer have indicated that the design of the 2023 long wheel base model causes the OEM brakes pads to wear through at an accelerated rate. They are replacing them with a different model though nor covering the replacement under warranty.
