2010 LEXUS RX- Weatherby Lake, MO
I was not made aware of the recall on the rubber oil cooler hoses. The rubber hoses malfunctioned and all the oil leaked out on 4/13/2026. I paid to have fixed. Lexus kept the hoses. This could have ruined my engine, caused an explosion or fire. When the warning light came on I stopped driving. Lexus would not discuss the issue. I am concerned I was never made aware of this issue. I bought the vehicle in 2012 at the dealership and all service has been done there.

2018 LEXUS NX- Goose Creek, SC
My 2018 Lexus NX300 F Sport, stalled while driving, pulled over to safe location turned off vehicle, restarted and proceeded to drive a little. Warning came up on display " Engine power reduced, go to dealer". I was able to drive the car home since it was only 2 miles away. Looked up issue on internet and noticed a recall for said problem. Said do not drive, car is in "limp" mode. Had my car towed to MacIntosh Imports (they only service Lexus & Toyota) they checked diagnostics and code DTC P125D71 Fuel Control Valve stuck. The defect could lead to engine stalling, increasing the risk of crash. Affected vehicles were equipped with a fuel pump that may fail. My vin is not listed on recall, I feel it should be included since the symptoms match and asking Lexus to check for Customer Support Program coverage to fix in "good faith"

The contact owns a 2025 Lexus TX350. The contact stated that while driving 50 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed and felt spongy, and the vehicle failed to respond as intended, causing the braking distance to be extended. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the brakes were in good working condition; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated that while attempting to raise the folded passenger's side third row seat to the upright position, the back of the seat became stuck to an unknown part behind the seat, causing the seat to fail to respond as needed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the unknown part had been replaced, and the seat could be raised; however, the failure persisted. Additionally, the contact stated that fuel tank door had failed to open intermittently while pressing the release button on the steering wheel, forcing the contact to release the fuel tank door by engaging the emergency release manual button inside the trunk. The dealer was notified of the failure, and an appointment was scheduled for a diagnostic test. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.

2024 LEXUS RX- Canyon Lake, TX
When in cruise, the car will merge itself into the next lane if you hold the turn signal partially. If you keep holding it or fully engage the turn signal (maybe you forgot to turn off you signal, or held it too long), the car will merge through the solid white line off the road into a ditch. This happened to me once, and I noticed it trying several other times.

2024 LEXUS TX- San Antonio , TX
Starting in drive with the brakes depressed, when trying to accelerate with the gas pedal, the vehicle will not activate the engine from electric mode(EV). The car will not accelerate even with the gas pedal fully depressed. It has happened four times so far. Safety issue because when I’m pulling out into traffic to make a left or right turn, the car will not accelerate and therefore can get hit by oncoming traffic, especially when I am trying to merge into a lane with oncoming traffic. The car crawls and will not accelerate. My car is a hybrid vehicle. It almost feels as if the non electric engine doesn’t kick on when it is supposed to. The car will crawl for about 5-10 seconds before the engines engages and kicks on the acceleration. There are no warning lights or indication that anything is malfunctioning when this happens. I have not taken the vehicle in to the dealer yet.

2025 LEXUS RX- QUEEN CREEK, AZ
I bought a CPO lexus 2025 RX 350 in Jan 9, 2026. This car was lightly used in less than 3 months and right now it's around 7685 mileage. However, just with 3 months I purchased this car, the A/C stops cooling and the dealership said this is due to the condenser was damaged by small road stones where the small road stones can easily pass through the grille. - We have noticed that there are multiple reports of Lexus/Toyota SUVs with condensers easily punctured by normal road debris. - Dealers acknowledge it as a common pattern. - Loss of A/C can affect defogging/visibility and is risky in extremely hot weather, e.g. causing hard breathing, etc for driver and passengers in the car. This issue needs to be fixed by Lexus/Toyota.

How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? While driving at highway speeds, the vehicle suddenly lost power and became inoperable, leaving me unable to accelerate or maintain speed.
