The car started showing multiple error messages on the dash and then shut off while in operation, it would not restart without a service call and battery boost. This has happened multiple times. Online research shows this is a common issue with the hybrid models - the 12v battery doesn't get adequately charged, voltage drops and car ceases to work - even while mid drive on the road, this is extremely scary and dangerous.

I am filing an urgent safety complaint regarding a defective Bridgestone tire on my 2021 Lexus UX250h, purchased new in 2021. At 32,000 miles, the [front left] tire shows abnormal tread tearing and separation, while the other tires show normal wear. This is not consistent with standard aging and indicates a potential defect and not normal wear. My attempts to Resolve it was following Bridgestone’s warranty process through Lexus and a Bridgestone dealer. Bridgestone dealer inspected the tire and blamed alignment, despite recent alignment and proper rotations done at Discount Tire Center on October 8,2025 and regularly. The wheel alignment did not show any tear. According to Lexus, Bridgestone denied the claim based solely on mileage without addressing abnormal tread separation (pls request Bridgestone response from Lexus). The tire poses serious and immediate safety risk of sudden failure, especially in rain, creating danger of a blowout, loss of control, or vehicle damage. I need to replace the tire immediately for safety. If your office requires inspection, please notify me as soon as possible so I can retain it. Tire info: Bridgestone Turanza EL450 BL 225/50R18 95V

Battery has "sulfated" twice in 15 months of ownership. Lexus/dealer have replaced battery two times. Considered safety issue since battery could "die" at any time. Could be locked out of car with infant inside or if battery dies while driving, car could become immobile.

Making a left turn at night going about 10 mph I was struck by a car with no lights. He hit the right front of my vehicle going about 55-60 mph. He hit my front strut and headlights and grill and radiator. My airbags did not deploy, the other vehicle’s airbag did. The police told me I should call Lexus and report the problem. The insurance company totaled my vehicle..

With this 2025 Lexus NX350 Premium AWD, the front windshield glass is BADLY distorted. Looking at the road ahead while seated behind the steering wheel, objects aren't clear, they tend to be wobbly as there is a MAJOR safety issue here with the glass itself. My dealer told me that the other 2025 Lexus NX models they checked all have the same distorted windshield problem as mine does. Its so bad, I frankly can't drive the vehicle as much as I want because I get car sick, dizzy, and at times nauseated while traveling down the road. Perhaps it's a Toyota vender problem or simply a screw up with the development engineers that didn't catch the problem during the vehicles testing?

I am reporting a safety concern involving a 2024 Lexus RZ300e related to battery range performance and charging requirements in cold weather. In real-world winter conditions in Massachusetts, the vehicle experiences severe range loss, requiring excessive and repeated public charging to remain operable. On a representative day, I was required to use multiple public charging networks (ChargePoint, FLO, and Tesla Superchargers), spending over 4 hours physically charging, consuming approximately 105 kWh of electricity, and paying nearly $50 in public charging costs, with additional home charging still required for the next day. Many charging stations are outdoors and poorly sheltered, requiring prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures, wind, and precipitation. This creates a significant safety risk due to driver fatigue. To earn a modest daily income, I must drive for extended hours. When combined with approximately 4 hours per day spent charging, this results in up to 16 hours in a single day spent driving or waiting in the vehicle. Charging time is not rest, as I must remain alert, manage charging sessions, and relocate the vehicle. This extended time causes physical exhaustion and reduced alertness, increasing risk on public highways. These conditions are particularly concerning because my wife is pregnant, and the vehicle was leased as a family vehicle. Prolonged winter charging exposure and fatigue pose risks not only to the driver but to passengers and other road users. The vehicle has been inspected by a Lexus dealer. Dealer documentation states that battery degradation cannot be directly measured, usable battery capacity data is unavailable, and cold-weather range loss is considered “normal.” No corrective repair or adjustment has been offered. The issue is reproducible in winter conditions and remains unresolved. I believe the vehicle’s real-world charging burden and resulting fatigue create an unreasonable safety risk and warrant review.

The component that failed is the Under Engine Cross Member. This is available for inspection. My safety was put at risk due to the Cross Member being bent so much that is didn't screw back in correctly, thus could have caused the engine to have fallen out of the car or worse. The problem was reproduced at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City. This concern was confirmed by the Technician along with a video. The vehicle was supposed to had been inspected the first time at Park Lexus to certify it as a Certified Pre Owned by Lexus, 200 point inspection. After a week of me owning the car, I sent it back to Parker Lexus for a rattling noise coming from the drivers side area. Parker Lexus said everything was fine with the underbody of the car. This is the second time. The third time. I took it back to Parker Lexus again for them to locate the noise again. Again they said everything was fine with the car. The fourth time I took it to Hendrick Lexus Kansas City for them to look for the issue. They verified the issue and said that the Cross Member, under the car, was bent all the way back and including the hole where the bolt was supposed to go. Hendrick Lexus also said that who ever had looked at it before had put Felt on the Cross Member to alleviate the noise coming from the under the car. No warning lamps, no other symptoms prior to failure. The problem first arose the day of buying the car 10/31/2025, driving it home.
