Not sure if I have the right things checked. Starting about december 2022 i experienced the car "lunging" forward upon putting the car into drive, After having backed out of a parking space. It continued to do this off and on even through today. It seems to do it most after the car has been sitting for a good length of time.Perhaps overnight, or while i've been in a shopping mall 2-3 hours. I have four invoice tickets from the lexus dealer where I brought the car in specifically for this problem. They had someone to drive it with me in the car, and of course we were not able to duplicate it at that time. I left the car with them for 3 days on one occasion. And when I returned, they said they had driven it, and did not have the problem. The occurrence has become more and more often. When it started, it was like a few times a year. And now it is almost daily. My concern is that if I happen not to have my foot over the brake as I am coasting, after backing out of a parking space or my driveway heading down the street, and someone is in front of me that the "lunge", depending how close I might be on someone could cause me to ram into the back of their car. I also taken the car in on more than one occasion and have the invoices to support this to say that the car has a very rough Ride I call it "bumbling". Again, they did not feel it.However, two years ago, they said, oh, you just need new tires. I bought them. Less than year later, those tires were worn and they said, I needed new tires. I was able to get deal with the michelin company and only had to pay twenty five percent of what it costs For a new set of tires. So the bumbling is still going on.After purchasing new tires about a year ago. I conclude that there is something wrong with possibly The transmission that causes the lunging and the bumbling has something to do with the suspension. I am not a mechanic, and I have not had it looked at by another mechanic. I need some resolve for this.

On July 21st, 2026 while stopped at a red light and upon turning green stepped on the accelerator to transition from stop to start, the vehicle suffered a sudden, catastrophic loss of motive power. The engine failed to respond to accelerator input, leaving the vehicle stranded in active traffic. This created an immediate rear-end collision hazard in a busy intersection. I was forced to coast the vehicle out of traffic to the side of the road, cycle the ignition off, and reset and temporarily regain powertrain functionality. Also on July 25th, 2026 I lost the power to accelerate on the highway when I was cutoff. I put the car in neutral and then back in drive to get power back to accelerate. These are the most recent, But I have had 2 transmission replacements. At separate times and then a re flashing to upgrade computer information another time. All within a 7 month period. This is a known issue by Toyota Motor Corp and has been circulated by the company under TSB-L-SB-0059-23.

I purchased a brand new 2025 Lexus with only 3 miles recently I had a nail in my tire and took my vehicle to a local tire shop who could not removed the tire to put a patch because I did not have tire lock key; we searched the vehicle from top to bottom one was never given to me at the time of purchase. I contacted Lexus of Palm Beach several times and left a message for my service advisor BK and texted BK no response and several messages for the service manager who to this date has never called me back, finally BK told me that “Lexus had a new system and he didn’t received the messages” I reside in [XXX] and BK promised to coordinate with the dealership I provided him for me to obtain a tire lock key, this was June and I never heard back from BK. Last night I had issues with a different tire late at night and because I could not remove the tire I had to have my vehicle towed. However upon requesting Lexus tow company I had to wait 198 hours in for help by myself in a closed business parking lot for AAA called by the Lexus Roadside Assistance. Lexus has placed me in a life endangering situation. I am now stranded at my house with an inoperable vehicle and cannot go to work; the local dealership in Tampa does not have any appointments; this could have been avoided if not for the negligence of Lexus. Review the roadside service ticket which has my contact information I am requesting an immediate call from the dealership of Lexus of Palm Beach 5700 Okeechoobee Blvd West Palm Beach FL 33417. There is a significant squeal when braking at low speed in both forward and reverse. I am unsure whether this is a safety issue or not, but there is evidence online that other owners are experiencing the same issue.

I am reporting a severe, unresolved safety hazard involving my 2023 Lexus IS350]. The vehicle is continuously flashing 'Braking System Malfunction,' 'Crash Light,' and 'Engine Light' alerts on the dashboard. This is the second major acceleration and braking system failure since purchasing the vehicle brand new.The authorized dealership, Meade Lexus, has repeatedly failed to properly diagnose or repair this critical braking issue over a 7-month period. On multiple service visits, the dealership documented that they simply 'lubed' the rubber around the gas cap, reset the dashboard warning lights, and returned the vehicle to me without performing actual mechanical repairs to the braking system. The service manager explicitly instructed me that I must drive the vehicle back to the dealership every single week just to have the safety lights turned off manually. Driving a vehicle with an active, un-diagnosed braking and crash-system fault is a major safety liability and makes the vehicle dangerous to operate. The manufacturer and dealer have failed to resolve this safety defect under warranty."

The “maintenance required” warning light came on. The Lexus dealer indicated that a tire rotation was required at a cost of approximately $100. We had the tires rotated at a tire store at a cost of zero ($.00). The Lexus dealer service department refused to turn off the “maintenance required” warning, safety light because that dealer did not perform the tire rotation. If there is something wrong with the car, we won’t receive that vital information until the warning light has been reset. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN. Apparently, only a Lexus dealer’s service department can reset the warning safety light and there is an inspection fee charged for them to reset the warning safety light because the dealership didn’t perform the tire rotation. This policy was not disclosed to us when the vehicle was purchased. This was NOT the policy with regard to the Lexus vehicles we previously purchased. To me, this is extortion attributable to corporate greed and a disregard for consumer safety. This is the policy of each and every local Lexus dealership I have contacted.

on the front dashboard there is a lot of oil deposit which is from the dashboard material which is reflective and sticky, this oil deposit reflects on the windshield and is making visibility hard when driving in sunlight... i have reached out to the Lexus corporate and they have indicated that the recall is over (even though i never got the recall notice. This is happening to other drivers with the same model as well.

On or July 28, 2026, I experienced a safety incident involving the driver’s side power window on my 2021 Lexus ES. The vehicle was running, and I reached through the driver’s side window to retrieve an item being handed to me. Without me pressing or activating the window switch, the driver’s window unexpectedly quickly closed on my arm. It trapped my right forearm. I could not get my arm out for several minutes and attempted to open the window with both the switch and manually using all my force from my upper body to try to free my right arm. The associate also tried to push the window back open but it would not budge. I had also tried opened the driver’s door to see if that would cause the window to release. Nothing I could do would budge the window open for me to pull free and the force was very strong against my arm. I finally freed my arm and the window closed quickly on both hands at my knuckles before I could pull them out. Which I also had to struggle against with great force. That's how fast the window was going. I did think I was going to loose my hand. The incident resulted in injury to my right arm. Based on my understanding, the power window did not stop or reverse as I would have expected from the vehicle’s anti-pinch safety feature. This unexpected window movement created a risk of serious injury. I am concerned that this may indicate a defect in the power window system or its safety features. I am submitting this report so the incident can be documented and investigated to determine whether other vehicles may have the same issue.
