2013 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR- Osprey, FL
As per Ford Customer Satisfaction Programs 19B05 and 19N01 down shift and molded lead frame. My truck was brought into the dealership to verify the problem. Codes revealed that the molded lead frame and output sped sensor went bad. My 2013 Navigator has 62,000 miles. It was determined that my vehicle was 60 something days over the time limit for the repair and I would have to pay the $1500 to cover the repair! Now I see Ford is issuing a recall! I had the vehicle at the dealer waiting for weeks to get the part. I took the vehicle back as the service advisor told me they did not know when the parts would arrive. I was driving the vehicle several days after picking it up and the rear wheels locked up doing 45 mph. The vehicle behind me hit the back right of my vehicle causing $1900 worth of damage!

2011 LINCOLN MKX- Virginia Beach, VA
The brakes suddenly became very difficult to depress to make the vehicle come to a stop. Emergency repair was necessary, as driving to the dealer was unsafe. Brake booster was filled with fluid. The car then had to be towed to Dealer, where repair required replacement of Brake Booster, Master cylinder, and Booster vacuum hoses. There are recalls for this same make, model and year. Though my VIN does not come up in those vehicles covered by the recall, it is the EXACT same problem.

2011 LINCOLN MKZ- Jessup, MD
I was stopping at a stop sign and was unable to stop immediately, instead I coasted a little bit before stopping. Then the brake warning lights and ABS and traction lights came on. I pulled over to a parking lot and turned the car off and turned it back on: all the lights came back on. I put on my flashers and very carefully and slowly drove my car to Jiffy Lube. They did an $108 oil change and checked the brake pads and brake fluid levels and said everything was fine and I would need to take it to a larger shop. I contacted the Apple Ford dealer near me and had my family follow me as I dropped it off. They said it would be a total of $310 for diagnostic and brake flush. I did the flush and it didn’t work. They said it would cost just shy of $3k to replace the entire hydraulic system. I took the car home because that is too much for a 2011 vehicle. I ended up having to get a new car because I need transportation for me and my two young children. My neighbor took a look at the car (he works on trucks) and the battery wouldn’t work. I bought a new battery for the car at $238.14. The lights are still on. I would like to have this car fixed or be able to trade it in. I am now being recommended to run a computer test on it to reset the codes. I would like to have this fixed as this seems to be a known issue with this car and I could have crashed if I wasn’t already driving slowly.

2017 LINCOLN MKC- Pleasanton, KS
Coolant leakage into #4 cylinder due to the malfunction of the engine blocks gasket. Yes, the vehicle is available for inspection. I live in the country so if there is a breakdown the possibility of me being stranded on the highway or on some back road would be terrible. Yes, I had a mechanic look it over and confirm, Engine over heated on Saturday, daughter and son came to bring antifreeze and water. Had no idea where the coolant had gone, looked for a leak and found none. 2 days later the engine light came on, had mechanic come out and put code reader on it. The #4 cylinder we replaced spark plugs, 2 days later the engine light came on, mechanic replaced the # 4 coil. Nothing is working.

2024 LINCOLN CORSAIR- BATON ROUGE, LA
Since we purchased the vehicle new, the Sync Touch Screen can take several minutes to come on line and as a result all camera features are disabled and this is a safety issue. We have had frightening experiences when trying to back up in a parking lot of our own driveway with the camera's being displayed on the screen. This has been reported to Lincoln/Ford Motor company on at least (4) occurrences since April 8, 2024. In one discussion the Ford Field Service engineer to me that it gets hot in the south and computers run slow ????? I still am not certain if that was an attempt at a joke. It's not funny, it's dangerous
