The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. The contact stated that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V162000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) and the recall repair was performed, and the contact stated that several electrical systems malfunctioned after the repair. The contact stated that several attempts were needed to start the vehicle and the windows would roll up and down independently. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 90,000.

The contact owns a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. The contact stated that while his wife was reversing in the rain, the back-up camera image was distorted. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer and was informed that the failure might be due to a leak. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 40,009.

Entering I-294 express ramp, vehicle was not accelerating beyond 40mph. then as I entered highway it shut down completely. I coasted to the right shoulder. The dash displayed a "low oil pressure" alert. So I did not attempt to restart the car. When I had it towed home, I checked the oil level and it was full. Nothing like this happened before. The vehicle is almost 12 years old with 167,000 miles. Had this happened in traffic on the expy, I could have been creamed by other cars or a truck. I am going to the dealer today to investigate but this seems like an anomaly where the engine shuts down because the computer thinks there is a catastrophic failure that is not really happening.

Seat belt not working properly, no fix or remedy as of yet. Do not feel safe driving vehicle with passengers. Called Lincoln certified dealer in area and all do not have a fix or availability for months to service vehicle.

I was driving and didn't notice this truck ahead of me as I switched lanes. Although fault is questionable since the truck we traveling extremely slow on the highway, my vehicle had plenty of time to stop with the Pre-Collision System. That system is intended to avoid front end collisions and apply emergency breaks if required. IT DIDN'T. I have video of the system failure from my Dash Cam.

The contact called the local dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact to follow the instructions from the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 72,000.

While driving down the road, my car’s power steering gave out when pulling into the gas station. The information center stated that my power steering system had a failure. It also stated that my lane departure system had a failure when doing research on this problem I found there was a recall for my year and model, but once I reached out to the dealership they told me that my Vin was not covered so I am reaching out to see if there can be another recall put in place for the vehicles that have not been serviced

When braking there is no resistance on the brake pedal and is slow to break. Very scary when it randomly happens when driving and unable to quickly stop!

i put the car in park and it accelerated and hit the corner of my garage. when it was towed to the dealer for repair - i was told the message on the car was shift malfunction there was damage to the front grill, hood and passenger side quarter panel the vehicle is at Southgate Lincoln for repair and available for inspection i've asked the insurance company to investigate. there were no warning messages prior to impact someone could have been seriously injured and i could have had serious property damage

Back up rear camera completely blacked out while I was back in up. The alarm did not alarm and a vehicle almost hit me.
