2025 LINCOLN NAUTILUS- Macclenny, FL
Backing out of a parking stall at the store and as I was moving, two pedestrians walked behind the vehicle and no alert sounded in the vehicle while backing up, nor did the vehicle brake as it should to avoid hitting them. Vehicle was in electric mode and I did not notice if the rear beeper was operating at the time or not.

2025 LINCOLN NAUTILUS- Macclenny, FL
Driving the vehicle with the cruise control on to remain at the posted speed limit and suddenly the vehicle went into Resume Control mode, began pulsing the brakes and engaged the flashers due to the Facial Recognition camera failed to recognize that I was looking straight ahead, and even pressing the accelerator pedal to override, nor pressing the "OK" button on the steering wheel to override operated, I had to shut the cruise control completely off in order to regain control of the vehicle driving. I have a video from my camera of the incident as it was occurring, however the file size due to being video is too large to upload per the instructions.

2019 LINCOLN MKZ- Bronx, NY
Technical Service Bulletin 19-2387 My vehicle has this defect which is an ongoing problem and at the time of this correspondence my vehicle has under 13,000 miles. Seepage around the perimeter of the oil pan which in time will result in a steady leak and in turn loosing enough oil will cause engine damage. Technicians refer to this as the oil pan sweating. As per the Technical Service Bulletin this problem exists on 2017 to 2019 Lincoln MKZ 3.0 which Ford installed a plastic oil pan on all new vehicles to reduce the weight of the vehicle. The 2017 to 2019 Lincoln MKZ 2.0 were fitted with metal oil pans and there is no issue. I notified Lincoln customer service and they are aware of this problem yet a recall has not been issued. This is a manufacturer defect and Ford should take responsibility to correct this problem. A recall should be issued. Thank You for your attention on this matter. 2018 LINCOLN MKX- Gaston, SC
Faulty catalytic converters. Ford has a CSP for the 2018 Lincoln mkx 3.7L engine and only included police driven Mkx's which is totally unfair when they're well aware that Faulty/failing emissions catalytic converters were installed on all of them and they fail and produce p0430 codes regardless of driving habits, I've never driven any of my vehicles harshly and maintain my vehicles, yet since I've owned this 2018 mkx since September of 2024, the rear catalytic converter had to be replaced and now the front catalytic converter is giving the same p0430 permanent code. Its bias of Ford to only extend police vehicles coverage and not regular consumers knowing that this emissions part is faulty because catalytic converters don't normally fail prematurely unless the parts are faulty. The original owner maintained this vehicle before me and I've maintained it since I've owned it, yet the catalytic converter has been replaced 3 times (carfax) which proves its Faulty. My 2005 Lincoln aviator had 303,000 miles before the engine blew, yet the catalytic converter had never been changed and I owned it for 15 years. I'd like an explanation from Ford as to why my 2018 Lincoln mkx 3.7L engine vehicle wasn't included in the CSP19M01. Ive owned a ford Explorer, Lincoln navigator and aviator that were built ford tough but this Lincoln mkx seems to be worse than a BMW. Thanking you in advance for your timely response. 2023 LINCOLN CORSAIR- Asheville, NC
The recall letter advised that for the time being, I should set software to limit charge to 80%. The car is noncompliant with the prescribed settings. If there is a danger to having settings no prescribed, I am in danger. I did set the settings in the car and in the Android app to 80%. Sometimes the 80% limit is respected, but often it charges to 100%. Even though the Android app always reports the setting as 80%. the car sometimes doesn't comply. I only charge in my garage, in the same spot, using a Level 2 charger. The recall letter also advised that the drive mode should be set to "Auto EV." But the Corsair does not have a setting called "Auto EV." I called several numbers at Ford, and no one was able to offer any help. Screenshots show charge settings on car and phone, and one charge respecting 80%, and one going past it.

2020 LINCOLN CORSAIR- Gracemont, OK
The powertrain control system has detected one of the transmission clutches did not apply within the expected time as expected. It has resulted in delayed and harsh shifts to another gear and sometimes does not. Circumstances include jerking, hesitation and complete failures unpredictably (sudden loss of power), which has created unsafe driving conditions that happened when accelerating or merging into traffic. This issue is consistent with complaints reported by other owners, as well. Nothing has been address by Ford Lincoln to address this unsafe issue. This is a serious safety risk. There is no recall or TSB to date. Invoice is $6500 to repair. This same issue is being reported by many according to a Lincoln fb group and a search on the internet, as well. I have reported the issue to their Customer Service line and to the Lincoln app. I am requesting that this issue be investigated for manufacturer action with complete and all dollar reimbursements, including tow charges. While customer service reps are taking the issue to document my complaint, there is nothing to resolve the expensive and unsafe condition being sought by them.
