Problem with the hybrid system and the engine control system. Unit changed automatically and unexpectedly from battery power mode to engine power mode when on battery power mode only. This change is not supposed to happen. This failure happened when starting the unit, put on drive and starting to move forward. This failure caused the unit to charge forward with more power unexpectedly. Causing almost to collide. At the time of the failure “engine control system” warning and “e power not available” warning lid up. The unit has been for service for 10 times with the same warnings powering up. For the past nine years, my vehicle has recorded multiple safety issues (trunk not closing/breaking, check engine light, catalytic converter misfire, keyless electronic entry issues, glow bulb light, turn signal bulb light, windows not rolling up, leaking fluid on the passenger side, burning smell coming from the vents, electrical issues with the radio, sunroof intermittently not opening/closing and the key not turning the vehicle on. Over the past nine years, I have taken the vehicle to numerous Porsche dealerships per the federal mandate from Porsche USA / Porsche UK. To date, the Service Manager, Chris Sansbury and General Manager at Brian Harris Porsche, and Porsche USA, refuse to fix the vehicle. My vehicle is still under factory warranty. I am a person with multiple disabilities. The dealerships (Jim Ellis Porsche, Hennessy Porsche, Leith Porsche, Brian Harris Porsche) have charged me thousands of dollars. I have been extremely sick and desperately need your help. Please help me!

A recall was issued by Porsche on 2015-2017 Macan SUV's for front Airbag deployment issues. The recall code was AH02 safety campaign #17V133000. I contacted Porsche because my fault indicator for the front airbag lit up on my dash. I was informed that my VIN was not included. I asked if they could check if my airbag had an identification number and if it was in the batch under recall. They said that they could not look it up. My car was a custom build and may have come down the line at a different time than other stock builds which may have impacted the timing of the airbag install. Either way, my car was in the date range and has the airbag default indicator on therefore it should be covered. I had it tested for $265.00 and they covered themselves saying that it was an airbag control unit and seat pad Fault code B102204. What's the difference, the recall covers faulty airbags and mine is defective and they won't cover it. Please give me some guidance as to what my available options are at this point.

Electric passenger compartment heater (high-voltage heater) Does not work. This prevents the cabin from receiving heat. This is extremely unsafe in cold environments because it prevents the windshield visibility as frost forms.

This car has popular aftermarket Spiegler brake lines on it, braided stainless lines, these are the brakes and lines: https://www.essexparts.com/ap-racing-by-essex-road-brake-kit-front-9562380mm-porsche-911 Yesterday, on startup with the brake pedal depressed, the front right line burst. See uploaded pictures. The lines have been on the car since April 2021, and the car is regularly service and gets annual or more frequent brake flushes. Inspection at the shop this morning revealed multiple areas of discoloration underneath the plastic sheath that is over the braided line. One of the other lines on the front left was bulging in the area of the discoloration, suggesting that one was close to failure as well. There are no signs of abrasion on the lines themselves, it appears the stainless braided line that encases the teflon inner line is corroding or degrading for some reason. I have contact Essex, the distributor of this kit. The car is at Cantrell Motorsports in Bellevue, Washington and has not been disassembled yet, I would authorize the NHTSA to inspect and take custody of the brake lines if you wish.
