BRIDGESTONE TURANZA LS100 RFT TIRES- Blauvelt, NY
2 of 245/40HR18XL & 2 of 225/45HR18XL... All 4 tires replaced I purchased a 2023 Mercedes-Benz C300 from Benzel Busch motor car (an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer) in [XXX] in XXX. Since purchase, this vehicle has had repeated, unresolved defects. The Check Engine warning light has illuminated numurous times, resulting 4 separate towing incidents. Despite multiple warranty repairs, the same issues keep recurring. At only 10,167 miles, one tire required replacement due to abnormal wear. At only 22,780 miles, all 4 tires required full replacement for the same reason. In total 5 tires have been replaced within 22,780 miles, strongly suggesting an underlying vehicle defect (alignment, suspension or steering) rather then normal wear. I paid $1,700 out of picket for the 22,780 miles tire replacement, as tires are not typically covered under warranty. I believe this cost resulted directly from an unresolved vehicle defect, not drive behavior. I filed a formal complaint with Mercedes-Benz USA Customer Assistance Center and received Case No. XXX. I was told reimbursement would not be provided. Desired Resolution: Reimbursement of $1,700 for the tire replacement caused by an unresolved vehicle defect, and a written explanation of how Mercedes-Benz USA will address the recurring mechanical issues. Supporting docyments available: Repair orders, tire receipt, email correspondence. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

BRIDGESTONE TURANZA QUIET TRACK ALL SEASON TIRES- Woodstock , GA
All four tires separated at the bead, catastrophic tire failure. Thank goodness they went flat in the driveway and not traveling at 65 mph on the interstate. 235/50R/17. These are 80,000 mile tires and this occurred at 35,500 miles. Purchase from Costco and when we went back they basically told us they would only warranty 20% of tire even though the warranty should have been 50%.

BRIDGESTONE TURANZA T TIRES- Miami, FL, FL
On Saturday XXX, while driving on [XXX] at highway speed, without interior dashboard warning lamps or other warning symptoms both rear tires failed simultaneously & disintegrated creating a potentially catastrophic driving hazard for those with me inside the car as well as others on the Turnpike. This type of failure occurring at the same time on both rear tires with relatively low mileage of 27,680 miles raises concern about a potential defect. The rear tires are the original factory tires. I do have photos + video evidence of the damaged two rear tires which were replaced on Monday ,XXX. I no longer have the damaged tires, however it may be an option to speak with Tire Kingdom. I have attempted resolution immediately following the incident from Lexus of [XXX] as well as Bridgestone. The dealership leadership advised "I should be happy those tires gave you almost 30,000 miles since these OEM tires should be replaced every 15,000 miles." He replaces his own tires every two years. The service manager stated the problem was that I drove over too many potholes & curbs without having my car aligned. He also said he lives two miles from his job & dodges 15 potholes daily going to work. I have already met in person with the service manager & have had multiple conversations & email exchanges with dealership management including Bridgestone. Bridgestone will only deal directly with the dealership. I have provided photographic & video evidence of the tire failures to all. Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. Given the severity of the incident & the safety risk involved, I am requesting: Immediate escalation to a regional case manager; A formal inspection & defect evaluation of the failed tires via photos & video; Review for $758.23 reimbursement under warranty or goodwill consideration. Please advise on next steps & confirm that this case has been escalated. I appreciate your prompt attention to this serious matter. BRIDGESTONE TURANZA LS100 TIRES- Cedar Grove, NJ
Tires being designated as the preferred tires via Mercedes are Bridgestone Turanza LS100 265/40R21 These tires go from new to under 3" of thread left, how is this possible. Yes EV vehicles are heavy but its clear these tire are not made sufficient enough to handle this vehicle. In addition to having to change all tires within less than 9,000 miles. The mercedes dealership in 2 different locations say that is normal!. one dealership advised some clients are having to change tires 3000 t0 5000 miles of use. If this is not confirmation that tires being designated for this vehicle are not sufficient. 3 TIRES !!! within 2 months have blown, pothole and 3 tires within 2 monhts is not normal. How is mercedes allowed to place into the market a vehicle where its obvious there are no tires capable of handling its weight. After 2 incidents to leave vehcile undrivable, HOUSE rules no more EV. I would not feel comfortable my family this vehicle with tires which cannot sustain normal driving conditions.

Dear Bridgestone Customer Care Team, I am contacting you regarding factory-installed Bridgestone Turanza tires, size 235/45R18, on a 2025 Toyota Camry. Despite normal use and routine maintenance, the tires have experienced extreme premature tread wear: At 20,000 miles: three tires 4/32”, one tire 3/32” At 25,000 miles: three tires 3/32”, one tire 2/32” (unsafe) Bridgestone Turanza tires are advertised as long-life touring tires (50,000–65,000 miles expected). Reaching unsafe tread depth at only 25,000 miles is far below expectations. I am requesting a prorated replacement or reimbursement based on remaining tread life. Please advise if you require additional documentation or inspection. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

All 4 tires showed the belts/cords in several places. Tire size: 235/45R18 . We took our car to our Lexus dealer for the 30,000 mile inspection and service. This car had the original manufacturer installed tires, with the tread wear showed that all 4 tires had more mileage remaining. The Lexus mechanic took photos of all is work, which included photos of the belts/cords actually visible in multiple spots on all 4 tires. We took one of these tires to show the Firestone dealer, but could not take all four. The Lexus dealer said it was not safe to drive this car on I95 at high speeds because a blow-out was quite possible, and our lives (and possible others)were in danger. So we bought and had installed four new tires in order to drive about 40 miles to our home. There were no warning messages about this (or any) problem. This problem can be confirmed by our dealer, Lexus of Warwick, Rhode Island. We called Bridgestone when we got safely home and were told that we had to drive the car to show the tire problem to a Firestone Service Center, but this was impossible since driving the car with unsafe tires was not reasonable. We have one bad tire we can show anyone, and the Lexus Service people can confirm that the same visible belt issue was bad on all four tires.

BRIDGESTONE TURANZA EL440 TIRES- LAS VEGAS, NV
103H tire So after I get the car from dealership, the next week I had a sign or tire low pressure by the dashboard and I start checking everyday and I figured out that is specifically is by the driver side tire is low pressure. First I took it to discount tire to see and they said I don't see any flat tire or any issues and he pump them all and tried to balance them . But still the sign in the dashboard so I decided to take it to dealership and they said maybe only the dashboard computer and they fixed it and was not showing that day as the sign went from TEMPS setting. Next day I have the sign again pops up and I scheduled second appointment with the Honda west dealership to check entire tire. They did and said we didn't see anything wrong and we fixed it again in the dashboard.i went home and next day same issue again the dashboard sign shows low pressure and also the tire itself went low pressure was not balanced everytime they blow air on it and goes low again in few minutes.i bring it again for third time and the worse sinario is that the mechanical agent touch something in the engine and the oil explodes all over the engine areas causing leak and smoke all over and oil splashed everywhere inside and outside and I have videos and photos.
