2026 CHEVROLET TAHOE- Lees Summit, Mo 64082, KS
We were traveling over 70mph on a Kansa state turnpike near Wellington, Ks. and all drive power was lost! Luckily, being in the right lane we then had to coast to the right ditch lane. We saw a message on driver’s info screen “service transmission”. Tried to shift off drive and back on..nothing. So, we shut the engine off and restarted and the message stayed on but we power managed to drive over 20 miles to a Wichita Kansas Chevy dealer called Davis Moore Chevrolet (recommended by first stop, Derby Kansas Chevy Co,) for solution. Gentleman did a shift on off key removed etc and the”service transmission” light turned off and we continued to drive to Kansas City. This is very dangerous!! We are now afraid it may happen again!! Losing all power while on road is dangerous!! Please respond to recommendations to driving this Tahoe and immediately send recall to us !! One should be issued. Also, let our repair dealer in Blue Springs Mo Molle Chevrolet know as we will be going there for repair needed on this brand new 3,000 mile Chevy.

I have had to put my vehicle in the shop for transmission repair. The first time it was in the shop for over a month to only get it back and have the same issue. Now the shop is telling me that GM is having a system glitch and they are unable to program it.

2024 CHEVROLET SILVERADO EV- Alto, TX
I own a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV WT equipped with the OEM soft tonneau cover. The original cover and its warranty replacement have both failed in the same way. The cover material appears to shrink over time so that the side flaps will no longer reach and stay attached to the Velcro along the bed rails. At highway speeds the cover flaps and “balloons” upward, and the Velcro strips will not stay connected even when properly installed and tightened. The dealer has already replaced the cover once under warranty, but the replacement has the same problems. This suggests a design or materials defect, not a one-time bad part or installation error. In my opinion, the flapping and ballooning could allow the cover to come loose or detach at speed, which could create a road hazard for other drivers. I am asking NHTSA to track these failures and evaluate whether the OEM soft tonneau cover on the Silverado EV presents a safety risk similar to prior GM tonneau cover issues where covers detached while driving.

2024 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 3500- Theodore, AL
No Owners Manual came with my Truck. I was made aware of Safety Recall 25V815 (Manufacturer Recall N252532020) which addressed 2025-2026 cars and trucks. Currently my 2024 is not included. I can confirm my dealer did not receive any owners manuals for most cars and trucks in 2024. I notified Chevrolet Customer Service and they did not assist. They Dealer was unable to assist and would not reimburse me for the Owners Manual I purchased. I am requesting reimbursement for the purchase of an Owners Manual.

2022 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- Sarasota, FL
Since the truck was updated under the recal N242435631, the camera system guidelines no longer work, which is a feature that was sold as part of the the vehicle. This system no longer works and I fear there are other safety systems that may no longer work. GM is refusing to fix the software issues that were caused by this recall update.

2021 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE- Wichita Falls, TX
Both exhaust pipes before the catalytic converter are cracked and leaking at the same welded mounting bracket. One of them GM is coving under the extended warranty but the other one also needs replaced the turn off the engine warning light. It is allowing exhaust gas to leak under the car and is preventing the emissions from operating properly.
