2012 DODGE RAM 1500- LONG BOTTOM, OH
The brake line broke on my Dodge truck and all the brake fluid leaked out. Fortunately this didn't happen while driving on the highway. I discovered no brakes when I got in the vehicle to leave. I have a long driveway. As I was driving the slight grade down to the main road, I hit the brakes and they went to the floor. I was able to turn around in my yard before all the brake fluid was gone and get the truck back to my barn. I got under the truck and took a picture. I discovered that the brakes had rusted and leaked out the fluid. No one has inspected it or confirmed it. The truck is not safe to drive and sitting in my barn

2019 DODGE JOURNEY- Charlotte, NC
My vehicle, despite never displaying any warning lights or previous issues, unfortunately experienced a sudden failure while I was driving my children home. The car abruptly stopped functioning in the middle of the road, which nearly resulted in a collision with other vehicles, leaving us stranded as other cars passed by. I have since contacted Dodge and discovered online reports of transmission problems with the 2019 model, although, for reasons unknown, my specific model year is not listed. This was very dangerous and I am stuck with the repairs on a car I have not had long.

2013 DODGE CHARGER- Harlingen, TX
Vehicle: 2013 Dodge Charger R/T I’m reaching out because my car has been showing signs that seem to match the symptoms of the V62 recall that FCA issued for the fuel pump relay issue. I have a 2013 Dodge Charger R/T with the 5.7L HEMI engine. Lately, the car has been having trouble starting, especially after it’s been driven and sits in the heat. Sometimes it cranks but won’t turn over, and other times it randomly dies or stalls when I’m coming to a stop. It recently sat for a couple of days and then started again like nothing happened. This keeps happening on and off, and I’ve noticed it’s worse when it’s really hot outside or after it’s been driving a lot I took it to the dealership and they said my specific VIN isn’t part of the recall, but I wanted to report this because it really seems like the same issue. From what I’ve read, the V62 recall had to do with a faulty fuel pump relay that’s built into the TIPM and causes exactly these kinds of problems. I understand not all vehicles were included, but since I’m having the same symptoms and my car matches the year, make, and engine that recall applied to, I think it’s something that should be looked into. I’d really appreciate it if this could be reviewed. I just want to make sure my vehicle is safe and functioning properly, especially since the stalling can be risky depending on where and when it happens.

I have not been able to drive since the beginning of the year due to the fact that it will not go into gear. There's problems with the transmission, shifter cable. The recalls on these parts have been replaced and looked at multiple times now at multiple dealerships and there's still an issue.

2024 DODGE CHARGER EV- Troy, MI
Vehicle entered sudden limp mode while merging onto freeway, reducing propulsion to ~30 mph and forcing driver to coast along shoulder. Dash displayed warning: “Stop Safely. Vehicle Will Shut Off Soon.” Multiple system faults appeared (regen, traction, collision fault, wrench light, turtle icon). Vehicle displayed uncommanded acceleration – continued driving without pressing throttle. Vehicles behind were forced to brake abruptly. The incident repeated 4 days later. Vehicle currently remains in dealership custody since May 30. Despite multiple attempts, Stellantis engineers have not identified root cause. Possible defects involve throttle position sensor (TPS), pedal module, 12V battery grounding, or motor actuator drift. Owner has had no consistent updates or defined fix. Problem remains active and unresolved. Vehicle is now undriveable due to unresolved risk of power loss during highway driving.

2019 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN- Middleburg hts, OH
Left sliding door latch is stuck in lock position. In case of emergency passengers (2 daughters) would be trapped inside. There is currently a class action lawsuit for previous models but it was only settled for 2017 and 2018 models. I was given a quote of $2000 from a dodge dealer to fix the issue when it is a clearly known faulty design/part.

2018 DODGE JOURNEY- Tampa, FL
There are known recalls on 2018 Dodge Journeys. For some reason my VIN [XXX] doesn't show on the list. 1) back up camera shows a black screen or a blurry dark picture (on going issue for over a year) 2) electrical system sometimes refuses to acknowledge the key fob and or won't start due to it thinking it has a dead battery. (on going issue for almost two years) 3) when braking in an emergency situation, heavy vibration from the rear of vehicle (on going issue for a few years when hard braking rarely occurs) INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
