2019 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN- Muncie , IN
Automatic sliding doors will not unlock or open at all- not manually, not with the inside door buttons, not with my key fob, and not with the automatic buttons on the front ceiling of the van. I have 3 young children all 5 and under. This is an EXTREMELY dangerous fault that puts all of their lives into danger! The inconvenience of a grown adult having to climb through the back hatch to lock her kids in is annoying yes but my concern is how I'm supposed to safely get to them if we were in an accident! My husband can not get to the kids at all as he is well over 6 foot and can not fit. I'm trying to get the dealership to fix the issue but they're telling me that there is no recall even though I thought I received something in the mail awhile back. The message that appears when we try to automatically open the door is that we should first unlock the doors to which we already have. The lock will not move when you manually try to unlock it either.

2021 DODGE CHARGER- McDonough, GA
I went to have my car make/model Dodge Charger serviced and when I went to the dealership I told them the problem before they even got to look at it, because it’s a known problem with Dodge Charger SRT models. Stellantis hasn't put a recall out on the part called Mopar Exhaust Valve Actuator - Mopar (68505881AA). There is a detachable spring that can break over time and its a known common problem. The dealership told me that they can't just order the spring like they use to and customers have to buy the entire part which they told me is $700 and $100 to install it. We should be able to order just the spring which is detachable and not the entire part which is not the issue for my car. There should be a recall put out from Stellantis about this known common issue. I've called Stellantis and they said on the phone that they’ve created a case and that was it. I truly believe Stellantis is running a scam and just trying to rake in more money and having customers order $700 parts when they may just need a $30 spring replaced. This rattling noise with the active exhaust for SRT Dodge Chargers is a very common issue and can easily be searched online, but no recalls or warnings have been put out from Stellantis about it. I could see if the spring was not detachable. Its detachable, because it’s designed to be replaced. There are no warning lamps for my car and this issue can increase air pollution.

2025 DODGE CHARGER EV- Estacada, OR
UPDATE: I have been trying to work with Gresham Dodge to return my car and trade it. They refuse to help me and Stellantis refuses to help me. They want me to eat all the money. They refuse to meet me half way on a new car. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. You will eventually regret it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the US Consumer Protection Agency. UPDATE: The car has now been serviced nine times! Twice for the braking system, because we couldn’t stop, I almost got in an accident.iIt’s had many other issues! Still have never heard back from anyone at Gresham Dodge! Not one person! Stellantis refuses to take the car back. It’s been out of service over forty days all together over the six months I’ve had it. So, it sits in the driveway rotting. I will not drive it. I will not put my life or anyone else’s in danger. I’m making payments on a car I can’t drive! It’s imparitive that no one purchase from this slimly dealership! I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and the State Attorney General.Do not purchase your vehicle here. Sales are not knowledgeable on the cars they are selling. They just want a sale and you gone, so they can move on to the next person. I didn’t even have my car 24 hours and it had to go back for service. I will say, they were attentive, but only because they wanted a sale. They know nothing about how the cars functions. I got a text from the Service Advisor saying if I needed anything to let him know. Then a week later another problem popped up. I have text from the Service Advisor saying he would get me in on a specific day. We took the car in and he turned us away and said they were too busy. We wanted a fully loaded car. Sales never told us of any upgraded packages that the car could come with. We asked. They were only interested in offing what they had on the lot. I love the car, but this particular model comes with an upgraded package that I didn’t know about until having to watch You Tube videos to learn how to work

2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN- Richmond, VA
The driver's window was left unrolled last night and it rained. When I got in the car, the electrical window control for the driver's window wouldn't roll up. But the others appeared to work normally. This was annoying, but it didn't stop my from driving to work. About half an hour into my drive, the window controls started smoking. I pulled to the shoulder and waited by the side of the highway until the smoke stopped. After the smoke stopped, the car drove fine - but none of the window controls appear to work. I Googled, and there seems to have been a recall for a similar issue for earlier Dodge Caravan models. But nothing for the 2016 Dodge Caravan. I'm hoping that maybe Dodge can fix my window control panel too.
