  • 2026 DODGE DURANGO
    - Cliffside Park, NJ

    1) Major transmission failure, fluid leakage, and visible undercarriage corrosion on a newly leased car with under 3K miles on it. Additional: Losing vehicle function. Car would not shift into gear and would not move. Car is currently at the dealership in which it was leased. 2) Yes, huge safety concern. Losing vehicle function while traveling on a bridge—with limited ability to safely stop posed a serious risk to our safety and to others on the road. 3) Yes, problem has been confirmed by dealer. 4) The vehicle has not been inspected at this time by anyone other than the dealership in which it was leased. 5)While accelerating at approximately 30–35 mph, the vehicle began emitting a high-pitched whining noise, similar to sound of a remote-control toy car. The vehicle then started jerking back and forth during acceleration. Shortly after, the “Check Engine” light illuminated. We activated our hazard lights, reduced speed to approximately 10-20 mph, exited the bridge, and pulled into an emergency stopping area. There was no prior warning that there was a problem.

  • 2023 DODGE CHARGER
    - Honolulu, HI

"Between 12,000 and 13,000 miles, the parking brake pedal on my 2023 Dodge Charger began dropping to the floor with no physical resistance. It would fail to engage unless I rocked the vehicle back and forth. During an inspection at 14,000 miles, the dealership discovered the parking brake shoes had completely ground down to bare metal. During this entire period, the vehicle’s active audible safety chime completely failed to warn me of any brake drag while driving. While my specific VIN is not currently included in the manifest, this vehicle make and model has an active Federal Safety Recall (NHTSA Campaign 24V112000) for improperly adjusted parking brakes from the factory. My vehicle is exhibiting the exact mechanical failure described in that recall—an improperly adjusted, overly tight parking brake causing the internal mechanism to stick and drag continuously against the rotor. The manufacturer (Stellantis) and the local dealership (Cutter Dodge) are refusing to inspect the mechanical levers or honor the warranty, falsely claiming it is driver wear-and-tear, despite the active safety sensor failure and my vehicle's identical symptoms to the known federal defect."

  • 2024 DODGE HORNET
    - Bensalem , PA

Date: April 1, 2026 Subject: FINAL NOTICE: Repeated Safety Failures and Demand for Buyback – 2024 Dodge Hornet (VIN: [XXX] ) ?To [XXX] Autoland, Management and Stellantis Customer Care, ?I am writing to formally document a persistent and life-threatening safety defect regarding my 2024 Dodge Hornet GT, purchased on December 21, 2023. As of today, this vehicle has become a liability to my physical safety and a significant financial burden. ?Vehicle Information: ?Year/Make/Model: 2024 Dodge Hornet GT ?Purchase Date: 12/21/2023 ?Current Mileage: 41,166 ?History of Failure: ?The vehicle has experienced five distinct instances of total power loss, resulting in the immediate loss of power steering and braking assistance while in motion. These incidents occurred on the following dates: ?January 10, 2024 ?May 2024 ?October 19, 2024 – November 21, 2024 (Out of service for 33 days) ?November 24, 2024 (Out of service for an additional 7 days) ?March 29, 2026 – Present (Currently in shop; no status update or loaner provided) ?Safety Concern: ?These malfunctions are not minor mechanical inconveniences; they represent a "Nonconformity" that substantially impairs the safety and use of the vehicle. Operating a vehicle that may lose steering and braking power at any moment places me at imminent risk of bodily injury or death. ?Demand: ?Despite my exhaustive documentation—including photos, email history, and towing records—both the dealership and the manufacturer have failed to provide a permanent repair or adequate support. ?I am formally requesting a Repurchase (Buyback) of this vehicle under the provisions of state Lemon Law and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This vehicle has been out of service for over 40 cumulative days for the same recurring safety issue, which far exceeds the threshold for a "reasonable number of repair attempts." ?Please provide a written response regarding the status of my vehicle and a decision on this buyback request within 3 days INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMAT
