While driving 75MPH on the freeway, the vehicle started to shake violently and wouldn't stop until I got the speed down around 45MPH (which was very dangerous given the location).

We're we driving about 70mph. The truck starts violently shaking, we're were barely able to steer to the shoulder of the highway. We put it in park check all the tires and undercarriage, seeing no visible issues we resume driving. About 2 miles down the road going about 60 mph the violent shaking occurs AGAIN. We slowed down to about 30 mph and the truck snaps out of it. There was absolutely nothing on the road that could have caused this. Truck is regularly serviced and barely has 21000 miles. It's an occasional driver not daily used.

Leaving stop sign turning right onto cross street. Touched accelerator pedal and truck lurched forward under what seemed to be full throttle. (Unintended Acceleration) Jammed on the brake pedal stopping vehicle. Engine still revs still high and rear tire started to squeal/spin on pavement. Grabbed shifter and threw into park then immediately grabbed key and turned vehicle off. Upon restart normal operation resumed. No mats in area of accelerator pedal. No ODBC error codes. Did not have foot on both pedals. Scheduled to go to dealer for investigation.

With a 5th wheel plugged in and in tow the trailer brake module failed. There were no trailer brakes while pulling the trailer. This made driving extremely dangerous as the trailer weighs 15,000 lbs. and I only had the truck brakes working.

Violent Death Wobble in front end of vehicle to the point of almost losing control unless you slow way down or start break, sometimes doesn’t seem like it’s going to stop. Most of the time applying the breaks makes this issue worse. This is not a some of the time thing this happens on a daily basis multiple times a day while driving.

I am now experiencing the second instance of the "death wobble". The first instance was at approximately 20,000 miles. Ford repaired this previously but now the problem has returned; at 50,000 miles. I reported the first instance to nhtsa. My vehicle's left front wheel began shaking violently, as if I had a blow out, upon driving over a rough pavement joint. I was driving 65 mph in lane two of a three lane highway. I luckily was able to slow down to about 15 mph, cross one lane of heavy traffic without being involved in a life threatening accident. Being rear ended was a real possibililty. We all know this happens frequently with these larger pickups, especially the ones with the camper package. I think it is time your organization addressed this problem.
