I frequently receive messages on the dash that the the truck: Vehicle may not start/restart service now, Pre-Collision assist not available and front camera fault. My truck has died on me which in drive and reverse. My dash and console has powered down while on the freeway then restarted about a minute later. I get these messages but Ford service is too backed up to address the issue within a reasonable amount of time and they will not let me get it serviced outside of their dealer network.

I have 2100 miles on 2023 f350 6.7l high output and saw as I was walking up to it a puddle of diesel on the ground. I know fuel leaks are dangerous and can cause fires so I’m not going to try it until I can get it in for service. I will be scheduling an appt tomorrow to get the problem fixed. I haven’t yet had the vehicle inspected. I had no check engine lights on or nothing showing there was a problem until I smelled diesel.

I've gotten about 15 to 20 on-screen messages that tell me my vehicle may not restart, my dash just dies in the middle of driving, my car will shut off by itself One started, My air conditioning will shut off automatically, I've got an issue with craftsmanship on my rear driver side door, and a plastic molding part just fell off my truck. I have taken pictures or videos as evidence where I could when it was safe to do so. It started in April but started documenting it in May after several repeat issues. I have more photos and video but can't upload them here due to size limitations.

The day after purchasing a new 2023 ford f-350 on April 24,2023 from Eau Claire ford, I noticed several areas when the rear seats were lifted that were void of carpeting. One of these areas, the center hole has exposed sheet metal with extremely sharp edges going into the floor pans. Eau claire ford was notified of this on April 25th,2023 and Ford was notified on May 3rd, 2023 and a case was opened CAS-42613123-F4N9K9.It has now been 11 months and Ford has done nothing to resolve this problem. The exposed sheet metal is extremely sharp and is dangerous when leaning into the rear area to retrieve items. A small child could easily loose a finger or get cut by this being exposed.

The transmission delay shift from 3rd to fourth gear can be seconds then slams. I'm in Minnesota and when the roads are slick it WILL make the truck swing sideways when it goes into 4th. Well known problem but my truck doesn't have a tsb so everything is fine. NOT!

I started my truck normally when a very loud screeching/ pounding was coming from the speakers. My decibel meter was reading 128 dB. Super loud! The volume didn't matter, turning off the radio did nothing. I was on my way to the dealership and stopped half way because of the noises from the speakers. I have a recording but it does even come close to how loud it actually is. No way can I drive it like this.
