Every car sold in America goes up to a speed that is illegal everywhere in America. Countless lives would be saved if cars were unable to go over 120 mph for example--a speed that no one can argue they should have a right to go, and no reasonable driver would ever approach

At the initiation of braking effort by pressing the pedal, there is a noise. This noise goes away completely beyond a point of compressing the brake pedal and even before complete braking. Lexus dealer said it was brake actuator. Repairing it is labor intense and costs $3800. However not a safety concern and can be driven. He did offer to do regular maintenance of topping off fluid, multi-point inspection, tire rotation package. I saw there were recalls and complaints about the same problem with other year's Lexus models. Can you investigate this and let us know if we can avail a recall fix for this? Thank you for your time. An AutoZone, Durlast brand brake master cylinder failed in less than one year. The piston in the master cylinder dislodged, preventing proper braking in at least two of the four disc brake calipers. The Duralast master cylinder has been retained for inspection. The safety of the driver, passengers, other motorists and pedestrians were placed at risk due to the malfunction of the shoddily manufactured brake component. Braking distance and stopping efficiency were adversely affected. The problem was confirmed by the automobile repair center. The manufacturer has, so far, failed to contact me about the defective brake component. No warning lamps or messages were associated with the master cylinder failure.

2024 LEXUS NX- Westminster, CO
The Lexus is equipped with a large screen which displays GPS and other Apps. The car has been programmed with a pop up advertisement which states "Experience Drive Connect" that is an additional paid subscription which I do not want. I can reach over and touch an icon that removes the pop up which only pops up again a short time later. According to Stevinson Lexus and Lexus for help site there is nothing they can do to remove the pop up. Here is the safety issue: My attention to driving has been comprised by having to look at the screen to remove the pop up which only pops up a short time later. This unnecessary advertisement is simply not wanted.

Hello, I'm currently in Ontario, Canada, and I've been experiencing an issue with my car. Specifically, the driver's door refuses to open when the temperature drops below freezing. This problem is consistently occurring, making it quite inconvenient as I'm unable to access the driver's side. It appears that the sensor freezes in such conditions, preventing the door from opening externally. Its been 5 days the temperature is below freezing and my driver side door will not open from outside door handle. Fortunately, it does open from the inside. This situation becomes particularly hazardous during strong winds when I have to open the door from the passenger side, risking the door swinging open unexpectedly. This could potentially lead to fatal consequences if the door collides with a passing vehicle or motorcycle. This issue is recorded by multiple dealers, its reported on Lexus forums and i have escalated it to Lexus of London. Canada. And Lexus USA too.
