Purchased a brand new Lexus RX 350h on April 28, 2023. Within 2-3 weeks, the vehicle started issuing alerts that parts of the ADAS were malfunctioning, and therefore the vehicle was disabling the entire ADAS. This warning would come on while driving, and even after clearing the warning, it would pop back up within seconds. Took the new car to the dealer over 4 weeks ago to have this addressed, and they still can't figure out how to replace the faulty part and reprogram the vehicle. This is a brand new car with only about 1,000 miles on it. The dealer has indicated that Lexus Corporate is seeing this issue with a bunch of their new 2023 cars, and Lexus doesn't have the new parts nor the manpower in place to address this issue.

This is happening on the lexus is250 as while as the 350 the loose bolts could cause the VVT gear housing and sprocket to separate and result in the engine stopping while the vehicle is being driven, increasing the risk of a crash. - KIHEI, HI

I own a 2010 Lexus HS250H. the problem exists that every warning light associated with the braking, traction, and anti lock system is on. Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Traction Control System (TRAC), and Vehicle Stability Control System (VSC) The dealer said it was a faulty Brake de booster and said it was checked in 2010 and was fine. And to fix the system they need to replace the brake de-booster at a charge of $3000. Apparently, it is not fine, and requested them to comply with the recall and change the debooster, and they said no. Are they libel for the recall fix? Sometimes, the car's RPM goes up to 4 and stays there as the car is unable to shift into the next gear. So, the car is not really accelerating at times when this happens. I have to pull over and turn off the car and start it again and sometimes it works correctly and at other times it doesn't. I've started to get check engine lights from time to time that point to solenoid issues. This makes driving this car very dangerous as this issue happens randomly.
