Sudden acceleration while parking; collision with post & fence Failure of safety systems; including ‘collision avoidance’ breaking, ‘collision warning’ alarm, air bag failed to deploy. Repair shop to evaluate the physical damage to the car the week of 13December2021. Lexus has been notified; case number 211208000564. I AM WRITING TO ADDRESS FAULTY COOPER EVOLUTION TOUR 100V TIRES - TREAD SEPARATION IN 3 YEARS AND 5,102 MILES. ATTACHED ARE 2 DOCUMENTS THAT WILL INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 12/05/2018 4 COOPER EVOLUTION TOUR 100V TIRES PURCHASED AT TIRE KINGDOM POMPANO BEACH FLORIDA $ 501.89 @ 81,140 MILES. 11/26/2021 4 MICHELIN PRIMACY MXM4 TIRES PURCHASED AT J M LEXUS MARGATE FLORIDA $1,035.92 @ 86,242 MILES. WE TRAVELED TO VENICE, FLORIDA ON 11/15/2021 AND RETURNED 11/19/2021. ON OUR RETURN TRIP THE CAR (2009 LEXUS RX350) BEGAN TO SHAKE AND VIBRATE VIOLENTLY! WE WERE SCARED AND CONCERNED FOR OUR SAFETY ! WE IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT OUR CAR TO J M LEXUS TO CORRECT THIS DANGEROUS SITUATION! THEY INDICATED TIRE TREAD SEPARATION HAD OCCURED, AND ALL 4 TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. INCIDENTALLY, I OWN 2 OTHER LEXUS RX350'S IN CONNECTICUT, AND I HAVE COOPER TIRES ON BOTH. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE 8 CONNECTICUT COOPER TIRES. IN SEARCHING YOUR WEB-SITE I NOTICE NHTSA RECALL No. – 19T-024 FOR COOPER EVOLUTION TIRES. THIS MAY BE APPLICABLE AND PROVIDE NHTSA SUPPORT FOR MY CLAIM OF FAULTY TIRES. IN RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE NHTSA GENERAL GUIDELINE BULLET POINT QUESTIONS: THE TIRES FAILED AND HAVE BEEN DISPOSED OF BY JM LEXUS. WE THOUGHT THE CAR WAS GOING TO CRASH IT WAS SHAKING SO VIOLENTLY! JM LEXUS DEALER DETERMINED THE CAUSE AS FAULTY TIRES. ONLY JM LEXUS EXAMINED THESE TIRES. NO WARNING LAMPS OR ALARMS. THIS PROBLEM FIRST APPEARED ON 11/19/2021 ON OUR RETURN TRIP (210 MILES) FROM VENICE FLORIDA TO POMPANO BEACH FLORIDA. TIRE SIZE 235 /55 R18 100V COOPER EVOLUTION TOUR. P.S. FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY THAT I BOUGHT THESE TIRES 12/05/18 I WAS SUSPECT OF THEM BECAUSE ALL 4 HAD AN EXCESS OF MATERIAL ON THE EDGE OF THE TIRES THAT WAS NEVER TRIMMED OFF PROPERLY ! I THESE MADE ME WONDER IF THEY WERE DEFECTIVE IN SOME MANNER ?

Car surges during acceleration. Stall out and idle extremely high while driving under 60 mph

2008 Lexus RX 400H Faulty ABS Actuator yes my car is available for inspection upon request . This is a known problem on this vehicle there is 100s of complaints on same issue with the same cars Lexus is neglecting responsibility for this faulty and very dangerous hazard , this part has been faulty for years with out my knowledge and now it’s gotten worse all the lights related to my brake system is on and the brakes seem to have a mind of there own they break real hard at times and times I have to slam on them to break . yes I have had the car checked and the dealer told me that there was a extended warranty issued on this part but that it’s expired. they also gave me a quote $2,100 just for the part no labor that’s crazy, this is not a extended warranty matter this should be recalled there is thousands of people driving this cars with out knowing that there breaks could give out anytime . I hope that Lexus considers the seriousness of this matter and not wait on till lives are lost do to neglecting. they took effort years ago in extending the warranty on the part but there is thousands of owners like my self that were not aware or notified of this extension , also this is a malfunction that is not noticeable and can happen at anytime especially while you driving .

I have never had any issues with the oil and this car has had all of its oil changes on time and regular. Last evening I was driving home and the low oil pressure light came on. Within moments I started hearing a knocking Noise. I parked the car cause I was at home at that time and I checked the next morning and there is no oil in the car now. There's oil all underneath the undercarriage. I looked online and found a story of another guy this happened to and it ended up being an oil cooler pipe. I guess these are rubber and there's a recall warranty notice on these. My car has not been driven since I parked it. Please advise. Car is included in this warranty recall.

[XXX] Numerous times I've cleaned the area and it continues to build mold. A serious health and safety hazard. Foul odor from their vehicle smells like a fuel leak. Also car sputtering while driving. The contact owns a 2017 Lexus RX350. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 MPH, the glass sunroof suddenly exploded causing shards of glass to fall into the cabin of the vehicle onto the driver. The contact indicated that no object had struck the sunroof to cause the glass to shatter. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 58,190.

The contact owns a 2010 Lexus LS460 L. The contact stated while driving at 60 MPH, the check engine and hazard warning light illuminated, and the vehicle decelerated independently. The vehicle was driven to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed of an engine misfire. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was then taken to the local dealer and was diagnosed with a fractured valve spring. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.

I was involved in a side collision accident and my car was determined to be total loss by the At-Fault's insurance company. I was lucky that my son and I came out with bruises and a few scratches but the main problem here is the airbags. It DID NOT deploy at all when it was hit. The force hit us from lane 1 all the way to lane 3 and damages to the structure near cabin was found by one of the vertified accident body shop. So yes, no airbags were deployed.

The contact owns a 2010 Lexus HS 250 Hybrid. The contact stated that while his wife was driving approximately 45-50 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed but felt soft. The brake warning light, the ABS warning light, and the speed warning light were illuminated. The contact’s wife veered to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the contact’s residence. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the brake accumulator needed to be replaced. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 13V235000 (Service Brakes). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 145,900.
