There are severe cracks (photos attached) on the frame found where the trailer hitch is bolted to the frame. There is approximately 20,000 miles on the motorhome. Thor Motor Coach brochure advertises "8,000-lb. Trailer Hitch With 7-pin Round Connector" (see Attached). This implies the Coach can tow 8,000Lbs. Websites (www.rvusa.com and www.thorrvsource.com) actually state the "Towing capacity is 8,000 Lbs." I have an aluminum car trailer that is rated for 7,000 lbs. and unladen weight is 1460 lbs. The car that I trailer (2017 Hyundai Sante Fe) weights about 4000 lbs. for a total weight of 5,460 lbs. Less than the 8,000 lbs. that the brochure lists. These cracks could lead to a catastrophic failure with the trailer breaking away from the coach and would still be connected to the trailer hitch and would be completely out of control. I contacted Thor Motor Coach[XXX]and they disagree that their brochure is OK. I checked and their present brochure still has the 8,000-lb trailer hitch listed. No other towing information is included in their manuals. My Coach is being repaired at River's Truck Center. Attached is their estimate. My problem is I see other Coach's with trailers and vehicles on the highway and worry that their frames may be cracked and not realize the problem. I feel that Thor needs to send out notification to prevent serious accidents. I am not sure if other manufacturers have similar problem. • 2020 THOR MOTOR COACH PALAZZO
    - Orondo, WA

The contact owns a 2020 Thor Palazzo built on a 2020 Freightliner X line chassis. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 MPH during a storm, the air brakes system alarm illuminated. The contact immediately pulled over to the side of the roadway and turned off the RV. The RV was towed to the dealer who informed the contact that the air brake system had a pig tail that led into the transducer that had caused the chord to fracture. The dealer dried the moisture from the area and sprayed the area with silicon. The failure reoccurred approximately a year later when the contact had driven the RV during inclement weather. The vehicle was taken to another dealer who replaced the pig tail and transducer. The contact was informed by the dealer that due to the pig tail being attached so tightly and having no flexibility, the failure might recur. The manufacturer had been made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.

The adhesive bond between the panes of glass on the driver’s side frameless window has failed. Approximately 80% of the adhesive has failed allowing the front of the glass to detach. I not only fear it will now fall out while driving, but it is also constantly fogged up and hard to see my mirror. This is a large piece of glass. Thor (the manufacture) has done nothing more than inform me that the warranty period for my bus has ended.

This vehicle is built on a 2021 Ram Promaster and was modified into a class B camper van…a 2022 Thor Rise 18M. On 2 recent occasions driving at low speeds the outdoor electric awning moved in and out about 6 inches on its own while I was driving. Luckily, I wasn’t traveling fast and both times I was able to pull over to check it to make sure it stopped and had rolled back in to its closed position before driving again. I contacted the manufacturer and local dealer who checked it but they did nothing since they couldn’t replicate the issue. It’s only happened twice since I’ve owned the vehicle and I have driven it about 9,000 miles. However, this could be a deadly situation if it happens at high speeds with traffic all around. I belong to a FaceBook group of owners of this type of RV and it has happened to several other owners.
