2015 CHEVROLET COLORADO- LAKE MARY, FL
Request to be added to any class action lawsuits with my Colorado Truck. Truck was purchased Jan 2015. On day one the truck had a shudder that was lite but noticeable, dealer said " this is normal and as the computer gets to understand your driving it will be less noticeable" I put up with until the transmission stopped working and had to replace the Torque Converter on Jan 2022 after to warranty ran out. $2788. The trunk still has a shudder issue...if the transmission temperature is less that 120 degrees the truck will shudder as your coming to a stop. Once the temperature is over 12 degrees the shudder stopes

2019 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE- Black River, NY
When driving at about 50 mph on a highway, there was a loud noise from the rear of the vehicle (something breaking) and the vehicle immediately veered into the oncoming lane (thankfully there was no traffic coming towards us, it is typically a busy road). While braking, I was able to steer it back towards the right, but soon after lost complete control of the vehicle and could not steer. The traverse went into a ditch and rolled with myself and two young passengers. Two vehicles that were behind us stopped to aid. The driver immediately behind me said there was nothing unusual (no smoke, sparks, etc) until we lost control. He checked the roadway where it happened and found a sheered off bolt. When we got the traverse to the wreckers, they lifted it up and within a minute or two found the location the bolt came from. It was the rear passenger side upper control arm knuckle bolt. I didn't see any recalls on something like this, but I do not believe something like this should have happened in a vehicle that has just 49,510 miles and barely any rust on it. I need answers. My family and friends could have been attending a funeral this week had circumstances been slightly different. I have the collision report number but not the actual police report on hand just yet.

2023 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500- CHOUTEAU, OK
After the recall was done on my truck, it now makes a ticking noise that wasn't there before. When I bring this to the attention of the service department at the dealership where I purchased it, they say that noise is completely normal and sent me on my way.

2018 CHEVROLET VOLT- San Antonio, TX
The vehicle frequently fails to register that the transmission has been shifted into Park. When this happens the instrument cluster displays "Action Required / Shift to Park" and the power (STOP/START) button will not shut the vehicle off. The condition is intermittent. I can usually clear it only by shifting through the gear positions and back into Park repeatedly, sometimes many times, before the vehicle will power down. SAFETY RISK: Because the transmission control module does not confirm Park, I have no assurance the parking pawl is engaged when I leave the vehicle, creating a rollaway hazard. The vehicle also cannot be shut down, which leaves its systems energized and drains the 12-volt battery, risking being stranded. I now apply the parking brake at every stop as a precaution. WARNING MESSAGE: The "Action Required / Shift to Park" message first appeared within days of purchase. I bought the vehicle used on 07/29/2026 at 69,471 miles and reported the fault to the selling dealer on 08/10/2026, twelve days later. CONFIRMED BY DEALER: Yes. On 08/19/2026 the selling dealer's service center diagnosed the cause as "internal shifter microswitch failure" and recorded the correction as "Replaced Transmission shifter controller assembly and cleared codes" (repair order 1133072). The fault returned within approximately half a day. On 08/26/2026 the dealer opened a second order for the same concern, recording the same cause and the same correction and listing the same part, shifter assembly part number 13540961 (invoice 1133224). The vehicle is currently at that service center and the defect is not corrected. The condition is worsening — it occurs more often and takes more attempts to clear than when first reported. The vehicle is available for inspection. It has not been inspected by the manufacturer, by police, or by an insurance representative.
