Firstly my front door lock went out and wouldn’t work which i got fixed now both my back door locks do not work correctly which I have children that use this vehicle with me which can lead to danger the left back door locks make a nasty buzzing sound and will not lock or unlock from the back or key fob I have to open it from my door lock on my driver side and the right back passenger just doesn’t work at all this poses danger to my children and myself. 2024 DODGE DURANGO- Waretown, NJ
Vehicle came without any provision for flat tire. I discovered this after purchase. There is no spare tire, there is no tire inflation (fix-a-flat) provision. Contacted dealership and manufacturer and they confirmed that vehicle does not come with any provision for flat tire. Prior years, same vehicle did come with spare tire and jack. Vehicle chassis has spare tire well and is designed to hold and carry spare. Furthermore, manufacturer makes an OEM "spare tire kit" that can be purchased and retrofit by dealership service mechanics at total cost of over $1,500. Manufacturer has refused to furnish me with any solution. I must pay over $1,500 only to drive safely. This is wrong. Please intervene and stop them from taking advantage of me.

2019 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN- New Caney, TX
The sliding door actuator to the driver's side is locked shut and this causes a large safety concern for my children in the back seat. If there was a car accident and this door is locked shut and unable to open it could be the difference between life and death for my children.

2018 DODGE JOURNEY- Port Charlotte, FL
I was entering a highway on the entrance ramp when I was hit in the back of the head by the headrest, with no warning it just burst apart and caused dizziness. I pulled over as I literally felt like I was in a car accident. I continued to feel dizzy and experienced neck and lower back pain. I spoke with my Doctor this morning, and contacted the local Dodge, Chrysler dealer and have an appointment on 5/22.

2017 DODGE DURANGO- Parkville, MD
Bought a used 17 Dodge Durango from Audi Hunt Valley of autonation July of 2024 nothing but any problem misfires camshaft issue camshaft has been replaced twice now in less than a year and now it needs a new transmission. I purchased an extended warranty for engine and transmission. Now they are not covering it I spoke to somebody through corporate office. Put a complaint in. I also contacted Dodge. There’s also a claim with them as well. Nobody has reached out for the corporate office so I bought a vehicle that didn’t even last a year that needs a transmission. That’s not a reliable vehicle safety concern I have all documentation from repair shops that work has been done. I’ve also have been in contact with an attorney about this so something needs to be done ASAP before I file a lawsuit. I want a different vehicle or my money back.

2019 DODGE JOURNEY- Richland Center, WI
Transmission failure at 43,226 miles, costing me $7,471.96. Replacement required. These are known to be a faulty transmission having recalls at this time up through 2016. Mine is not yet included but should be as they are the same unit. A failure like this is uncalled for.
