Internal engine failure causing coolant to leak into the cylinders. Have been advised that a new engine is necessary. Car warranty has expired due to age. Mileage is 53,042.

Re: Safety Recall Notice 24S35 / NHTSA Recall 24V368, dealer claims to have repaired this recall. Problem persists. Lincoln/Ford Motors customer relations refuses to assist.

Loose steering wheel issues as described in existing recall Safety Recall 18S08 Dealer repaired at a cost, and was informed that the vehicle was not eligible for the recall. Bolt replaced and retorqued to sped. Service performed by Fiesta Lincoln 1720 S Mesa Dr, Mesa, AZ 85210 on 10/21/2024 with approx cost of $240 (final invoice not available at this time.)

I own since May 2015 a 2013 Lincoln MKS . On [XXX] after pulling out from the curb and driving straight about 20 feet a prompt was displayed showing :power steering assist not available I was unable to steer the car. I turned the car off after a minute i started the car again and was OK. I took the vehicle to Hinton repair shop in Ocala Florida and a scan showed a defective module. The mechanic ordered the module and rack and pinion. I called Lincoln and was told there is nothing they can do since there is no recall .There is a NHTSA campaign number 15v340000 which should apply to my vehicle. Coolant leaking into cylinders 2 and 3 needs engine block replacement causing smoke and misfire

Coil head caked in oil causing misfire due to valve guideseals in left side cylinder head leaking see attached documentation

We tried calling the dealers they stated they are not able to fix it and don't know whe. They will. The back up camera starts shutting off ,going black while reversing. Lights inside car while driving will shut off. It has been happening since 2022 recently 2 weeks ago

I have called Leith Lincoln in Raleigh twice in less than 30 days to report an alert that continues to come through on my Lincoln app about the airbags. The airbag light comes on-on the dashboard even when there is not a passenger in the seat. The Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning comes on and remains on for an ample amount of time. The alert on the app states that "your airbag warning is on due to a fault with the passenger airbag detection indicator." It also tells me to contact the dealer. This is a safety concern for me.

I had a faulty secondary hood safety latch. My hood came up and flew off while I was driving at 45 miles per hour. The safety latch did not catch like it should have. I have since had it repaired which cost about $8,000. The hood still comes unlatched and pops open.

The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. The contact stated that while her husband was inspecting the vehicle, he was unable to remove the lug nuts. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a tire center, where they cut the lug nuts off. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was concerned that in the event of a blowout, the tire would not be able to be replaced. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
