2019 LINCOLN NAUTILUS- Gloucester, MA
This car has had continued issues with gear shifting up and down. It was bright into a dealership last year to fix the recall issues, however, it seems to have made it worse. The acceleration suddenly drops when going up a hill and revs loudly, pushing the pedal nearly to the ground unexpectedly. It seems to get stuck between gears both up shifting and down. It's nearly caused accidents.

2017 LINCOLN MKC- Mukwonago, WI
Started with a rough start in the morning. Check engine went on and took to Advanced Auto to have code checks: P0302 1/3 Stored Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected DTC Severity 2 of 3. Repair immediately if drivability issues are present. Threat to essential. I immediately went to our Ford Dealer who has been maintaining our vehicle. First thing they did was open the hood and told me to keep an eye open for the antifreeze level. He then told me that they have problems from 2017-2019 with these 2.0L Ecoboost engines - Coolant, white exhaust smoke and/or Illuminated MIL. He stated that they do not fix this engine, and provided me a 13 page report and wrote and estimate for $6,500 + tax to have the engine replaced. I have 60,000 miles on my 2017 Lincoln MKC. I drive 14 miles to work and back 3 times a week. I baby this car. This engine should not need to be replaced after 60,000. I bought the car in 2020. On December 19, 2019, Ford has technical service bulletin #19-2346 and it appears that do not disclose this to avoid fixing under their 6 year or 70,000 mile warranty. This is really unacceptable on Ford's part. Shame on Ford for not creating a recall for this engine failure. We customers should not have to pay for a newly designed engine after Ford knew that this engine was a failure. I am demanding Ford to look into this engine problem. This is unacceptable!!! I am requesting for Ford to pay for my newly redesigned engine. Bill Ford has a statement on Ford Motor Company's website: We see no conflict between business goals and social and environmental needs. I believe the distinction between a good company and a great one is this: A good company delivers excellent products and services. A great one delivers excellent products and services and strives to make the world a better place. Bill Ford Executive Chair, Ford Motor Company I DO NOT SEE THAT THIS IS AND EXCELLENT PRODUCT OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE FORD MOTOR CO.

When I am backing out of my garage, the emergency brake activates. And my information screen is black, the volume goes up and down, and sometimes it does not connect to my cell phone.

2019 LINCOLN NAUTILUS- San Antonio, TX
Rear hatch does not open. You can not manually open it from outside or inside. My wife had a flat on the highway and could not change her tire as she could not access it. The hatch as failed on the button on the dash, the remote key fob and the foot opener under bumper. This is so dangerous for safety to exit the car from inside and well as getting to spare tire.

2019 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR- Montgomery, TX
the engine rattles and knocks with cold start. in reviewing online, this is a very common problem. The dealership told me their service lot is full of navigators needing to have CAM? replaced. The internet confirms mechanics frustrated with spending their entire day replacing the same parts. This issue is listed on your site, but it is not a recalled item. I would suggest auditing how many of these repairs Lincoln is actually doing. I was initially told the repair cost should range between $1,000-$2,500, but after my vehicle waiting over a month in their service lot, they told me the repair cost would be $4,500. To have an issue this common on a car that cost over $100k, seems like they should take more ownership.

2015 LINCOLN MKC- Louisville , KY
At 120000 miles the #3 cylinder on my 2.3 AWD 2015 Lincoln MKC blew the rings, causing the dealer to require an engine replacement for $11,000. I have spoken to several others with same engine defect. A class action lawsuit is in the works. Engine fires and unsafe driving conditions is what I was told to expect.

2019 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR- Grapevine, TX
Seatbelt pretensioner exploded while driving at 5mph with no collision (exploded for no reason). Caused immediate retraction of seatbelt which caused chest trauma and knocked the wind out of me. Loud explosion in confined space caused ringing ears. Given that I had no idea there were explosives in my vehicle, my military training led me to believe I had been shot. I stopped the vehicle, got out and began accessing myself for a gunshot entry wound. I did have the pretensioner warning light for some time, but had not had it repaired yet because there were no appointments available at my local dealer. I had previously contacted Lincoln customer service to tell them that I could not get an appointment and asked them for help. They offered no assistance other than to give me the names of other dealers. Had this incident happened at a high rate of speed, I am nearly certain that the immediate and unexpected shock and trauma would have caused an accident. These devices, along with Lincoln's inability to provide repair appointments (at least in my location) are a hazard to the public.
