2016 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE- LIGHTHOUSE POINT, FL
There is an open recall on my 2016 Chevrolet Traverse that I have been trying to get resolved for almost 2 years. I finally opened a case with GM (#{XXX]) back on February 15, 2026 in an effort to escalate the repair. I received a call from a GM rep who has been less than helpful telling me the recall was completed in February of 2024 at a dealership in South Carolina. I explained to him that my vehicle is housed in Florida and has never been to South Carolina. It is clear he is not interested in finding a resolution to my issue. He calls once a week to inform me he's working on it and will get back to me next week. This has been going on for a month. My grandchildren are often passengers in this vehicle and I have major concerns for their safety. It should not take 2 years to get this issue resolved. 2016 CHEVROLET COLORADO- Queen Creek, AZ
I am consistently having the power steering shut off while driving . I have read that this was an issue with the 2015 model year that had a recall issued , but there is no recall for the exact same problem on a 2016 model year . When this happens it puts me at risk of controlling vehicle , not only at slow speeds but also at freeway driving .

2022 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER- chicago, IL
The exhaust system and muffler fell off the bottom of my vehicle. The bolts holding the exhaust together failed and broke which led to this. This is a common failure with the newer trailblazer that GM is failing to acknowledge. There have been multiple reports of this. I had my vehicle inspected by Webb Chevy in oak Lawn IL and all the mechanic could say is “they don’t make them like they used to” which means they know this problem exists. This 100% put me at risk as I could’ve crashed with my daughter in the car when the muffler disconnected causing it to scrape and lose power. This was extremely dangerous and should’ve been a recall. There was no warning lights or anything. My vehicle just ran into issues mid traffic and this was extremely scary. There’s multiple online forums of people with this same issue: [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
